Trazabilidad conceptual cualitativa de los requerimientos funcionales: caso de un molino de vientos

Abstract

El diseño de un producto manifiesta una respuesta a las necesidades definidas por un conjunto de requerimientos, a partir de la existencia de una necesidad empresarial o social. En el diseño conceptual no se dispone de todos los elementos necesarios para una adecuada selección de variantes. Esta limitante hace necesario el desarrollo de herramientas de selección que permitan un análisis cualitativo de los requerimientos del cliente. En este artículo, se muestra un modelo que permite caracterizar y representar la trazabilidad de los requerimientos funcionales, desde su definición hasta la evaluación conceptual del producto, aportándole al diseñador una herramienta cualitativa de apoyo a la toma de decisiones.
