Determinación del coeficiente de concentración de tensiones en fisuras longitudinales de uniones soldadas a tope

Abstract

El presente trabajo es el resultado de una investigación que tiene como tema: Determinación del coeficiente de concentración de tensiones en uniones soldadas a tope, el cual aborda una temática necesaria y polémica; con el objetivo de obtener la relación entre el coeficiente de concentración de tensiones (k ) y las dimensiones de las grietas longitudinales en uniones soldadas a tope del acero AISI 1015. Se utilizaron como Métodos Generales de la Investigación Teórica: el Método de Análisis-Síntesis, Inducción-Deducción y la Consulta a expertos. Como Método General de la Investigación Empírica: la Observación Científica. Después de haber realizado diagnósticos recurrentes, se decidió profundizar en la situación práctica en que se encuentra el fenómeno de la fatiga y específicamente su influencia en las uniones soldadas, además de las particularidades de los aceros de construcción, debido a la importancia que presenta para el desarrollo del presente trabajo. La investigación consta de: Introducción, dos capítulos, Conclusiones y Recomendaciones. Se consultó bibliografía variada que permitió la fundamentación teórica y la comprensión plena del problema. Se obtuvieron resultados que corroboraron el cumplimiento del objetivo y las tareas científicas; se aporta además un nomograma y expresiones matemáticas con el propósito de efectuar el cálculo del coeficiente de concentración de tensiones relacionado con la longitud y profundidad de las grietas longitudinales en uniones soldadas a tope en el mencionado material. The present work is the result of an investigation, which has as title: Behavior of the coefficient of concentration of stress on joins fully welded. This work deals about an important and polemic topic with the objective of obtaining the relationship between the coefficient of concentration of the tensions (k ) and the dimension of the longitudinal crack in joins fully welded in the steel AISI 1015. The theoretical methods used were: Analysis-Synthesis, Inducction-Deducction, Expert consultation and Statistical Methods. The empirical methods used were: Scientific Observation and Interview. After having made some recurrent diagnoses, it was decided to deep on the situation of the phenomena of fatigue and specifically on its influence on welded joins, as well as the peculiarities of building steels due to the importance it has for the development of this work. The investigation consists of: introduction, two chapters, conclusions and recommendations. A varied bibliography was consulted which allowed the theoretical foundation and comprehension of the problem. The results obtained corroborated the fulfillment of the objective, as well as of the scientific tasks. The work also contributes a nomogram and mathematical expressions with the objective of carrying out the calculation of the concentration of stresses related to the length and depth of the crack on fully welded joins.
