Mejoramiento de la Eficiencia Energética en el Sistema de Generación de Vapor perteneciente al Combinado de Bebidas "Pedro Díaz Coello", Holguín

Abstract

El presente trabajo se fundamenta en un conjunto de propuestas de soluciones en el Combinado de Bebidas "Pedro Díaz Coello de la ciudad de Holguín. Se trata del análisis de la eficiencia energética del sistema de vapor de este combinado de bebidas, enfocado fundamentalmente hacia la caldera del tipo pirotubular, marca Jhomp Thompson, de fabricación inglesa, con el objetivo de elevar la eficiencia de la misma. Recuperar el condensado que se está desechando al medio ambiente, desaprovechando además toda la energía contenida en el mismo, es una de las formas de aumentar la eficiencia, ya que al recuperarlo se elevaría la temperatura del agua de alimentación. Aumentando la temperatura del agua a alimentar, trae un ahorro de combustible, tratamiento químico y agua, mejorando la eficiencia energética de la caldera. Realizando el análisis de la sustitución de las bombas se puede lograr un incremento de la eficiencia energética del sistema, con un ahorro de 25 toneladas por año de fuel oíl y una apreciable reducción de los gastos para la empresa en combustible de 18334,73 pesos en CUP, así como unos 15326,68 USD/año para el país. El trabajo se resume en dos capítulos: fundamentación teórica y análisis del sistema de generación de vapor del Combinado de Bebidas "Pedro Díaz Coello" de Holguín, calculando el balance energético actual, proponiendo una serie de soluciones para elevar la eficiencia energética de esta instalación, y una valoración económica, para sustentar la eficiencia de los resultados que se pueden alcanzar en el Combinado de Bebidas "Pedro Díaz Coello. The present research has a base in a series of proposals of solutions in the factory of drink " Pedro Díaz Coello of the city of Holguín. He is about the analysis of the energy efficiency of the steam-driven system of this factory , focused fundamentally toward the boiler of the type fire pipe, made by Jhomp Thompson trademark, of English manufacturing, for the sake of raising the efficiency of this. Recovering the condense disposed of to the environment, it is one of the ways to increasing the efficiency, making good use of besides all the contained energy in this, because if we recover it, could be raise the temperature of the input water . Increasing the temperature of the input water , bring a saving of fuel, chemical treatment and water, improving the energy efficiency of the boiler. Doing the analysis of the substitution of the pumps an increment of the energy efficiency of the system can be achieved, with a 25-ton saving for year of fuel oil and an appreciable reduction of the expenses for the company in 18334,73 CUP in fuel , as well as 15326,68 USD for year to the country. Research is structured in two chapters: Theoretic base and system analysis of steam-driven generation of the factory Pedro Díaz Coello of Holguín, calculating the energetic current balance, proposing a series of solutions to increase the energy efficiency of this installation, and a cost-reducing assessment, in order to hold the efficiency of the results that can fit in the factory " Pedro Díaz Coello.
