Análisis del lubricante Súper Multi 15W 40 al introducir el aditivo protector INTEGRAL 7

Abstract

En el presente trabajo se analiza el desempeño del lubricante Súper Multi 15W 40 (API CF- 4/SG) al introducir el aditivo protector INTEGRAL 7 a los motores de combustión interna de los vehículos seleccionados del parque automotor de UNECAMOTO Holguín, siendo este el objetivo principal del mismo. Se elaboró un procedimiento para la realización del experimento, el mismo consta de 14 pasos. El procedimiento previó utilizar el lubricante con y sin aditivo en los motores de combustión interna instalados en los ómnibus Girón VI, los cuales fueron seleccionados de forma aleatoria. Se tomaron tres muestras, a las mismas se les realizó un conjunto de ensayos encaminados a evaluar el comportamiento de las características físico-químicas del lubricante, así como los metales de desgaste presentes. La principal conclusión del análisis fue la siguiente: al agregarle aditivo protector INTEGRAL 7 al lubricante Súper Multi 15W 40, realmente no logra el efecto prometido por el fabricante LUBRILAB.

Presently work is analyzed the acting of the lubricant Súper Multi 15W 40 (API CF-4/SG) when introducing the INTEGRAL 7 preservative to the motors of internal combustion of the selected vehicles of the self-driven park of UNECAMOTO Holguín, being this the main objective of the same one. A procedure was elaborated for the realization of the experiment, the same one consists of 14 steps. The procedure consisted on using the lubricant one with and without preservative in the motors of internal combustion installed in the bus Girón VI, which were selected in a random way. They took three samples; to the same ones they were carried out a group of rehearsals guided to evaluate the behavior of the physical-chemical characteristics of the lubricant one, as well as the waste metals present. The main conclusion of the analysis was the following one: when adding him INTEGRAL 7 protective preservative to the lubricant Súper Multi 15W 40, it doesn't really achieve the effect promised by the manufacturing LUBRILAB.
