El perfeccionamiento del Sistema de Gestión de Mantenimiento Automotriz en la UEB de Renta Transtur Holguín

Abstract

El trabajo presenta una propuesta de perfeccionamiento en la gestión del mantenimiento alVC parque de equipo automotor en la UEB de Renta TRANSTURr Holguín, en su planificación, ejecución y control. En la realización del trabajo, se adaptó el procedimiento propuesto por Torres (2008) y; se utilizaron procedimientos y herramientas que permitieron develar y perfeccionar los elementos fundamentales de la gestión. Entre los resultados fundamentales obtenidos se encuentran: un plan de mantenimiento a equipos, que se ajusta a las normas y necesidades de éste en la práctica del contexto de la entidad y el perfeccionamiento del procedimiento de mantenimiento.

The present work a proposal of improvement in the management of the preventive maintenance in the UEB of rent TRANSTUR Holguín particularly to the park of automotive equipment, fundamentally in its planning and execution, as well as in the control of the same one. In the accomplishment of the work, the procedure proposed by Towers (2008); procedures and tools were used that allowed to reveal and to perfect the fundamental elements of the management. Between the obtained fundamental results they are: a plan of maintenance to equipment that actually adjusts to the norms and necessities of this one of the context of the organization, and, the improvement of the maintenance procedure
