Abstract

Internet no solo ha modificado usos y contenidos de la prensa tradicional, sino también los roles profesionales e ideológicos de sus protagonistas. Hoy se habla de un periodismo diferente, de la diversidad y calidad de los contenidos, de los medios para producirlos, del poder de los usuarios y las fuentes, de las destrezas de los profesionales. El contexto digital nos ha sobrepasado, pero hay que reubicarnos en el presente. El desafío hay que aceptarlo. La investigación “Rutinas productivas e ideologías profesionales en los periodistas de la redacción de ww.radiogranma.icrt.cu” caracteriza las prácticas y concepciones del colectivo laboral. Recoge la evolución histórica del medio y las etapas significativas por las que ha transcurrido, nunca antes registrada, lo que amplía la historia del territorio. Los resultados demuestran que aunque la Web de la emisora Radio Granma en Manzanillo se sitúa en la tipología digital, persisten rutinas que encuentran puntos de contacto con su versión tradicional e inciden en los materiales periodísticos que se realizan; y sus periodistas poseen una cultura profesional aún muy incipiente, evidenciada en el escaso dominio de herramientas y habilidades propias de su trabajo. Este estudio pretende revelar cómo se transforma el modo tradicional de entender y practicar la profesión periodística en internet. Además, contribuye a perfeccionar los factores estructurales-organizativos y profesionales del medio para un trabajo más competente. Los resultados aportan no solo a la investigación, sino también a la comprensión del tema en el país y la formación docente en la carrera.

Internet has not only modified the uses and contents of the traditional press, but also the professional and ideological lists of its main characters. Today it is spoken of a different journalism, of the diversity and quality of the contents, of the means to produce them, of the power of the users and the sources, of the dexterities of the professionals. The digital context has surpassed us, but it is necessary to relocate us presently. The challenge is to accept it. The investigation productive Routines and professional ideologies in the journalists of the writing of www.radiogranma.icrt.cu characterize the practices and conceptions of the labor community. It never before picks up the historical evolution of the means and the significant stages for those that has lapsed, registered, what enlarges the history of the territory. The results demonstrate that although the Web of the radio station Radiates Granma in Tree it is located in the digital typology, routines that you/they find contact points with its traditional version persist and they impact in the journalistic materials that are carried out; and that their journalists possess an even very incipient professional culture, evidenced in the scarce domain of tools and habilities characteristic of their work. This study of unique case seeks to reveal how the traditional way transforms of to understand and to practice the journalistic profession in internet. Also, it contributes to perfect the structural-organizational factors and professionals of the means for a more competent work. The results not only contribute to the investigation, but also to the understanding of the topic in the country and the educational formation in the career.
