Análisis del aprovechamiento del capital humano en la Empresa Constructora de Obras del Poder Popular UEB Rafael Freyre

Abstract

El presente trabajo de diploma titulado “Análisis del aprovechamiento del capital humano en la Empresa Constructora de Obras del Poder Popular UEB Rafa el Freyre” es realizado con el objetivo de analizar las causas que generan la diminución del aprovechamiento del capital humano en la empresa y formular estrategias que contribuyan a la mejora. Para ello se hizo necesario utilizar el método histórico-lógico, y el hipotético-deductivo; los procedimientos análisis y síntesis, inducción-deducción; y la utilización de técnicas como la entrevista y la encuesta. Se pudo evidenciar una falta de completamiento de la plantilla; los indicadores de trabajo y salario muestran comportamientos favorables pero deficiencias en su planificación, así como los de utilización del fondo de tiempo reflejaron un bajo aprovechamiento de la jornada laboral e índices de ausencia y ausentismo en niveles permisibles. Mediante los resultados de encuestas aplicadas a los trabajadores se conoció que el comportamiento de las variables: satisfacción y motivación se muestran de manera favorable, el clima es regular en el ámbito empresarial y no existen conflictos en la entidad. El Sistema de Gestión de los Recursos Humanos muestran una situación interna con predominio de debilidades y externa ligeramente desfavorable, ubicándose en el cuadrante debilidades amenazas de la matriz DAFO que recomienda estrategias de ``supervivencia´´, y en el cuadrante V de la matriz interna externa que sugiere estrategias de ``resistencia´´, cuya implementación contribuiría a lograr avances sustanciales en el sistema de gestión de los recursos humanos.

The present work of titled diploma "Analysis of the use of the human capital in the Company Manufacturer of Works of the Popular Power UEB Rafael Freyre" it is realized with the objective of to analyze the causes that generate the diminution of the use of the human capital in the company and to formulate strategies that contribute to the improvement. For it became it necessary, to use the historical-logical method, and the hypothetical-deductive one; the procedures analysis and synthesis, induction-deduction; and the use of technical as the interview and the survey. You could evidence a lack of completing of the insole; the working indicators and wage show favorable behaviors but deficiencies in their planning, as well as those of use of the bottom of time reflected a low use of the labor day and indexes of absence and absenteeism in permissible levels. By means of the results of surveys applied the workers it was known that the behavior of the variables: satisfaction and motivation are shown in a favorable way, the climate is to regulate in the managerial environment and conflicts don't exist in the entity. The System of Administration of the Human resources shows an internal situation with prevalence of weaknesses and external lightly unfavorable, being located in the quadrant weaknesses threats of the main DAFO that recommends strategies of ``survival´´, and in the quadrant V of the external internal womb that he/she suggests strategies of ``resistance´´ whose implementation would contribute to achieve substantial advances in the system of administration of the human resources.
