Planeación Estratégica en la Empresa Constructora de Obras Hidráulicas de Mayarí hasta el año 2012

Abstract

El presente trabajo titulado “Planeación Estratégica en la Empresa Constructora de Obras Hidráulicas de Mayarí hasta el año 2012” se desarrolló con la participación activa de directivos y trabajadores, con el objetivo de diseñar un plan estratégico para la empresa que permita favorecer el desempeño y obtener mayores niveles de eficiencia. Se realizó la fundamentación teórica de la planeación estratégica, como primera fase del proceso de dirección estratégica, herramienta de vital importancia para la empresa estatal cubana. Este trabajo posibilitó la aplicación del modelo propuesto en la Tesis en opción al título académico de Master en Dirección “Procedimiento metodológico para la elaboración de planes estratégicos en las organizaciones económicas cubanas” por la profesora MsC Norma Sánchez Paz para la formulación de estrategias, el cual puede adaptarse a cualquier organización por su carácter flexible. Durante la realización del trabajo fueron utilizados Métodos Científicos tales como: histórico-lógico,hipotético -deductivo, la modelación, además de técnicas como el análisis de documentos, revisión bibliográfica, matrices como:la Matriz DAFO y la Matriz Interna – Externa, las cuales contribuyeron a generar posibles estrategias. La aplicación de matrices como la de Evaluación de Factores Internos y Externos, permitió destacar que la Empresa se encuentra en una situación internacaracterizada por fortalezas y se desarrolló en un entorno ligeramente favorable donde predominan las oportunidades. La investigación recomienda además la implementación y creación de un sistema de control que garantice el cumplimiento de los objetivos y las estrategias trazadas, con un constante estudio del entorno y las capacidades internas de la organización. Los resultados obtenidos posibilitaron arribar a las conclusiones y recomendaciones de la investigación realizada.

The present diploma work titled "Strategic Planning in the Company Manufacturer of Hydraulic Works of Mayarí until the year 2012" it was developed with the active participation of directive and workers, with the objective of designing a strategic plan for the company that allows to favor the acting and to obtain bigger levels of efficiency. It was developed the theoretical foundation of the strategic planning, as first phase of the process of strategic management, tool of vital importance for the Cuban state company.This work facilitated the application of the model proposed in the Thesis in option to the academic title of Master in Management "Methodological Procedure for the elaboration of strategic plans in the Cuban Economic Organizations" for the teacher MsC Norma Sánchez Peace for the formulation of strategies, which can adapt to any organization for its flexible character. During the realization of the work such Scientific Methods were used as: historical-logical, hypothetical -deductive, besides technical as the analysis of documents, bibliographical revision, wombs as: the Main DAFO and the Internal Womb -External, which contributed to generate possible strategies. The application of wombs as that of Evaluation of Internal and External Factors, allowed highlighting that the Company is in an internal situation characterized by strengths and it was developed in a lightly favorable environment where the opportunities prevail. The investigation also recommends the implementation and creation of a control system that it guarantees the execution of the objectives and the traced strategies, with a constant study of the environment and the internal capacities of the organization. The obtained results facilitated to arrive to the conclusions and recommendationsof the carried out investigation.
