Análisis del procedimiento que evalúa el Proceso Inversionista, su aplicación en la inversión del Teatro ¨Comandante Eddy Suñol¨ de Holguín

Abstract

Elevar la eficiencia, eficacia y competitividad constituyen grandes retos a los cuales deben enfrentarse en la actualidad las inversiones debido a las exigencias cada vez más elevadas de los servicios. Para alcanzar estos objetivos es necesario que los directivos utilicen herramientas que le permitan diagnosticar los niveles de desempeño de la organización y en función de los resultados obtenidos definir las estrategias a seguir. A partir de lo antes expuesto se desarrolló la presente investigación en el ”Teatro Comandante Eddy Suñol” la cual tuvo como finalidad: Aplicar un procedimiento para evaluar el estado de la inversión y conocer la efectividad que tuvo la misma en el período concluido. Con la aplicación de este procedimiento se identificaron las principales deficiencias existentes en el sistema objeto de análisis y se formularon unconjunto de recomendaciones que tributan eliminar y/o atenuar las mismas. Para llevar a cabo este trabajo se utilizaron diferentes técnicas y herramientas que sirvieron de apoyo a la implementación de este procedimiento, entre las que se pueden mencionar: observación directa, entrevista, consulta de documentos, análisis económico, entre otras.

To elevate the efficiency, effectiveness and competitiveness constitutes big challenges to which should face the investments at the present time due to the more and more high demands of the services. To reach these objectives it is necessary that the directives use tools that allow him to diagnose the levels of acting of the organization and in function of the obtained results to define the strategies to continue. Starting from the before exposed the present investigation was developed in the” Theater Major Eddy Suñol” which had as purpose: to Apply a procedure to evaluate the state of the investment ¨Theater Eddy Suñol ¨ and to knowthe effectiveness that had the same one in the concluded period. With the application of this procedure the main existent deficiencies were identified in the system analysis object and they were formulated a group of recommendations that you/they pay toeliminate and/or to attenuate the same ones. To carry out this work they were used different technical and tools that served from support to the implementation of this procedure, among those that can be mentioned: direct observation, interviews, consultation of documents, economic analysis, among others.
