Rediseño de máquina dobladora de tubo de la Universidad de Holguín

Abstract

En el presente trabajo se realiza un estudio de los procesos pertenecientes al conformado plástico, haciendo énfasis en el doblado de tubos, los diferentes métodos existentes para el doblado de los mismos. Se exponen las diferentes máquinas que son utilizadas, se definen los diferentes defectos que pueden surgir en estos procesos del doblado, las cargas y esfuerzos que surgen al aplicar estas técnicas. La tarea de investigación aborda sobre el rediseño y construcción de la dobladora de tubos del laboratorio de corte de metales de la Universidad de Holguín. Se hace referencia a la máquina existente (prensa), la cual es objeto del rediseño, se tratan las causas que provocan el resultado no deseado en el tubo, después de ser sometido a la fuerza que provoca la flexión del mismo y se plantean las soluciones en lo que respecta al rediseño de la prensa para que pueda cumplir con éxito su destino de trabajo. La máquina rediseñada y construida cumplió con los objetivos trazados; para lograr estos fueron estudiados los aspectos antes señalados, seleccionándose como método a utilizar el método de doblado por arraste.

The different machines are exposed that are used, they are defined the different defects that can arise in these processes of the one bent, the loads and efforts that arise when applying these techniques In the investigation task that tries on the I redraw and construction of a dobladora of tubes for the shop of having schemed of the University reference is made to the existent machine (it presses), which is object of the I redraw, they are the causes that not cause the result wanted in the tube, after being subjected to the force that causes the flexion of the same one and they think about the solutions in what concerns to the I redraw of the press so that it can fulfill success its work destination. The redrawn machine and built it fulfilled the objectives layouts; to achieve these the aspects were studied before signal, selecting you as method to use the method of having bent by arraste.
