Plan de acciones para potenciar la inserción del sector no estatal en la oferta turística de la ciudad Baracoa

Abstract

En la actualidad, el sector no estatal representa una fuente muy importante de ingreso económico a Cuba y en especial a la ciudad de Baracoa, por lo que constituye una necesidad la incorporación de éste a la oferta turística de la ciudad, en este caso representado por los hostales o casas de renta, paladares y artesanos. El desarrollo de la presente investigación permitió determinar las principales deficiencias que presentan y en base a ello proponer acciones para erradicarlas. El objetivo general es diseñar un plan de acción para favorecer la inserción del sector no estatal en la oferta turística del mencionado municipio. Con el objetivo de obtener información acerca de las variables establecidas se utilizó el método Delphi, se realizaron entrevistas, se aplicaron encuestas y los datos recopilados hicieron posible describir el comportamiento de las variables medidas. La investigación consta de dos capítulos: el primero aborda los fundamentos teórico-metodológicos que la sustentan y en el segundo se desarrolla la metodología seleccionada.

At present, the non-state sector represents a very important source of economic income to Cuba and especially to the city of Baracoa, which is why it is necessary to incorporate it into the tourist offer of the city, in this case represented by Hostels or houses for rent, palates and craftsmen. The developments of the present investigation allowed to determine the main deficiencies that present and based on this propose actions to eradicate them. The general objective is to design a plan of action to favor the insertion of the non-state sector in the tourist offer of the mentioned municipality. In order to obtain information about the established variables, the Delphi method was used, interviews were carried out, surveys were applied and the data collected made it possible to describe the behavior of the measured variables. The research consists of two chapters: the first deals with the theoreticalmethodological foundations that support it and in the second the selected methodology is developed.
