Utilización del moldeo hembrado para la obtención de conexiones hidráulicas complejas

Abstract

La presente investigación muestra la solución al problema existente en el taller de Fundición de la Empresa Mecánica de Holguín, sobre la necesidad de aumentar la zona de vertido, la eficiencia del herramental tecnológico, el peso del vertido y la productividad, en la producción de hierro bajo las condiciones actuales en la industria sideromecánica cubana. La investigación realiza un estudio de los antecedentes, principales características y el estado actual de los diferentes tipos de moldeos desarrolladas por diferentes autores. Se exponen todos los elementos que componen la metodología para la aplicación del sistema de moldeo hembrado. Se describe la concepción de la metodología seguida, con el fin de demostrar y comprobar la hipótesis planteada. Se analizan casos reales y se ofrece una valoración socio económica con un análisis del costo, el tiempo empleado y la productividad, al aplicar los sistemas de moldeo tradicionales y su comparación con el “Sistema Hembrado”.

This research shows the solution to the existent problem in the foundry workshop in the Mechanical Enterprise of Holguín, about the necessity of increasing the spill zone, the technologic components' efficacy, the weight of the spill and the productivity under the current conditions in the mechanic Cuban industry. The research studies the antecedents, main characteristics and actual state of mold types that have been developed by several authors. It is exposed in details the elements that are part of the methodology for the application of the hembrado mold system. It is described the conception of the methodology implemented with the aim of demonstrating and confirming the presented hypothesis. Real examples are analyzed and a socio- economic evaluation is made with a cost analysis, the used time and the productivity, applying the traditional mold systems and developing a comparison with the application of the hembrado system.
