Formulación de la planeación estratégica de Havana Club División Oriente Norte

Abstract

La presente investigación aborda, como parte del proceso de Dirección Estratégica, un tema de creciente interés en el contexto actual que vive; la planeación estratégica. Este proceso consiste en consolidar el proyecto planeando, coordinando y organizando los factores del entorno oportunamente, y se desarrolla en la Empresa Havana Club División Oriente Norte, del municipio Holguín. El mismo permite mejorar el desempeño de la organización, incrementando su eficiencia y efectividad, elementos vitales en un entorno cada vez más turbulento. Está estructurado sobre los fundamentos teóricos de la planeación estratégica; fundamentalmente el análisis, la reflexión y proyección de la empresa frente a los cambios del entorno. El mismo se integra a las características de la entidad, para elaborar la arquitectura planteada en el plan estratégico. El principal resultado es el incremento de la planeación eficiente de los elementos estratégicos de la entidad, a partir de la optimización de los recursos existentes y la voluntad administrativa de incrementar permanentemente la efectividad organizacional. Se analizaron todos los factores influyentes en los ambientes internos y externos de Havana Club Oriente Norte, proponiendo acciones de mejora a partir de la investigación. Durante la investigación se utilizaron métodos investigativos de carácter empíricos y teórico (histórico–lógico, analítico-sintético, inductivo–deductivo e hipotético–deductivo). La misma se apoya además en la utilización de herramientas como el paquete estadístico SPSS. The present work approaches inside the process of Strategic Management a topic of interest in the context that the country lives now, the Strategic Planning as the central instrument of management system. That process that consists in consolidating the planned project, coordinating and organizing the external and internal factors appropriately, and it takes like reference to the Havana Club Enterprise, exactly in Holguin Branch. This process allows improving the acting of the company, increasing its efficiency and effectiveness, vital elements in a more and more turbulent environment. It is structured in a theoretical foundation of strategic planning; special analysis, reflection and projection of enterprise environment. The same that integrated of FAS structure adapted to the characteristics of the entity that it allowed the execution of the architecture designed in the strategic plan. The main obtained result is the increases of the efficient planning of strategic elements in the organization, from the internal resources optimized and the management planning that increase of organizational effectiveness. The author analyze the all factor included in the Havana Club Holguin Branch internal and external environment, and propose strategies from the results of investigation. The investigation based essentially in the use of methods of theoretical character as the historical-logical, analytic-synthetic, inductive-deductive and hypothetical-deductive. That it sustained in the use of effective statistical tools as the software SPSS and Excel spreadsheets.
