Diagnóstico a la gestión de la calidad en la Empresa Geocuba Oriente Norte

Abstract

La Gestión Empresarial en la actualidad se enfrenta a un entorno de constantes innovaciones y alta competitividad, donde muchos luchan por conquistar el primer lugar en la constante búsqueda de la excelencia empresarial. Ante esta situación se necesita para una toma de decisiones acertada, oportuna y proactiva el disponer de información útil, relevante y fiable. Por lo que se reclama la incorporación de nuevos métodos que permitan adecuarse a las exigencias del entorno para ganar eficiencia y eficacia en sus procesos y en función de esto, establecer el control de gestión de la calidad. En este sentido los Sistemas de Gestión de la Calidad son la principal fuente de información y la más poderosa herramienta con que cuentan los directivos para el control del comportamiento de la calidad. A tono con esta perspectiva se desarrolla la siguiente investigación cuyo objetivo general es controlar el estado actual del SGC en la empresa GEOCUBA, según los requisitos de la NC ISO 9001:2015. La investigación se estructura en dos capítulos, el primero expone la revisión bibliográfica sobre la gestión de la calidad y el segundo aborda los resultados del diagnóstico al SGC en GEOCUBA y las acciones propuestas ante las insuficiencias identificadas en cada requisito, así como la valoración de los resultados de su implementación.

As of the present moment the Management is confronted to a surroundings of constant inventions and loud competitiveness, where many struggle to conquer the first place in the constant quest of the entrepreneurial excellence. It is needed for a correct, opportune and proactive decision making having useful, relevant and reliable information in front of this situation. What the incorporation of new methods claims itself for that they allow making suitable the requirements of the surroundings to earn efficiency and efficacy in his processes and in terms of this, to establish the operating control of quality. In this sense Gestión's Systems of Quality are the principal source of information and the more powerful tool that they tell the executives for the control of the behavior of quality with. GEOCUBA , according to the NC's requirements develops the following investigation whose general objective is to control the present -day status of the SGC at the company in harmony with this perspective ISO 9001:2015. Investigation is structured in two chapters, the first exposes the bibliographic revision on the step of quality and the second one discusses the results of the diagnosis to the SGC in GEOCUBA and the actions proposed in front of the insufficiencies identified in each requirement, as well as the assessment of the results of its implementation.
