Propuesta de actividades para potenciar la animación turística en el Hotel Playa Pesquero

Abstract

La animación turística es una tendencia dentro de la actividad hotelera que ha surgido para cubrir las necesidades de los consumidores de los servicios turísticos, se ha consolidado como un departamento dentro de la estructura organizativa hotelera. La investigación tiene como problema científico la insuficiente satisfacción con el Programa de Animación de los clientes que visitan el Hotel Playa Pesquero, ante el carácter repetitivo de sus shows y la pobreza en las actividades. El objetivo que persigue la misma es proponer actividades para potenciar el Programa de Animación de acuerdo a los gustos y preferencias de los segmentos de clientes con que opera el hotel, a partir de la aplicación del procedimiento para la programación de actividades turísticas. Los métodos y técnicas utilizados fueron: Hermenéutico, Análisis – síntesis, Histórico –lógico, Estadístico – Matemático, Entrevista, Encuesta y Observación participante. Se propone un entrenamiento especializado para los animadores con el fin de fortalecer el método de trabajo de los mismos y un mayor profesionalismo, además nuevas y atrayentes actividades dirigidas a los diferentes segmentos de mercado con que opera el hotel, atendiendo a los gustos y preferencias de los clientes. La investigación está dirigida a elevar los índices del nivel de satisfacción de los clientes con respecto al Programa de Animación. En el Capítulo I se hace referencia a los temas que soportan la investigación teóricamente, y que permiten el desarrollo del Capítulo II, en el cual se lleva a cabo la aplicación del procedimiento para la programación de actividades turísticas.

The tourist animation is a tendency inside the hotel activity that has arisen to cover the necessities of the consumers of the tourist services, who has consolidated as a department inside the hotel organizational structure. This Diploma Paper has as scientific problem the insufficient satisfaction with the Program of the clients' Animation that you/they visit the Playa Pesquero Hotel, in the face of the repetitive character of its shows and the poverty in the activities. The objective that pursues the same one is to propose activities to strengthen the Program of Animation according to the likes and preferences of the segments of clients with it operates the hotel, starting from the application of the procedure for the programming of tourist activities. The methods and used techniques were: Hermeneutic, Analysis - synthesis, Historical -logical, Statistical - Mathematical, Interviews, Interviews and participant Observation. Intends a specialized training for the exciting ones with the purpose of strengthening the method of work of the same ones and a bigger professionalism, also new and attractive activities directed to the different market segments with which it operates the hotel, assisting to the likes and the clients' preferences. The investigation is directed to elevate the indexes of the level of the clients' satisfaction with regard the Animation Program. In the Chapter I, it made survey to the topics that support theoretically the investigation, and that they allow the development of the Chapter II, in which it is carried out the application of the procedure for programming tourist activities
