Diseño de un medio de enseñanza y aprendizaje para el contenido de Gestión de inventarios

Abstract

En la actualidad, las instituciones de la Educación Superior deben formar profesionales con los niveles de preparación que la sociedad espera para poder dar respuesta a las exigencias que impone el entorno. Esto implica realizar un correcto tratamiento metodológico en la dirección del aprendizaje, donde tiene un papel activo los medios de enseñanza y aprendizaje. La concepción sobre estos ha ido evolucionando, debido a la introducción de las nuevas tecnologías de la información y las comunicaciones (nuevas TICs). Lo antes expuesto ha propiciado el desarrollo de una incesante labor en las universidades del país para favorecer el aprendizaje de los estudiantes. A esta tarea se ha incorporado la Universidad de Holguín y como parte de ella la carrera de Ingeniería Industrial. En esta, en el desarrollo del proceso de enseñanza y aprendizaje (PEA) se han identificado limitaciones con la utilización de software educativos en varias asignaturas. Específicamente en Gestión Económica Financiera y Gestión de Procesos I, se manifiestan insuficiencias en el uso de software para impartir el contenido de Gestión de inventarios. Atendiendo a lo anterior se decide desarrollar este estudio con el objetivo de diseñar un medio de enseñanza y aprendizaje (software) para impartir el contenido de Gestión de inventarios en las asignaturas antes referidas. Este constituye el principal aporte de esta investigación. En el desarrollo del trabajo se utilizaron métodos teóricos y empíricos como: histórico-lógico, análisis y síntesis, encuestas, entrevistas, observación directa y revisión documental.

Nowadays, the institutions of Higher Education should form professionals with the preparation levels that society spects to be able to give answer to the demands that the environment imposes. This implies to carry out a correct methodo logical treatment with the purpose of learning, where have an active paper the teaching and learning aids. The conception on these aids has been evolving, due to the introduction of the new technologies of information and communications (NTICs). All of this have propitiated the development of an incessant work in the universities of the country to benefit the students learning. The University of Holguín was incorporated to this task and as part of it, the career of Industrial Engineering. In the development of the teaching process and learning (PEA) has been identified some limitations in the use of educational software in several subjects. Specifically in Financial Economic Administration and Administration of Processes, inadequacies are manifested in the software use to teach Inventories Administration. Because of this we decided to develop this study with the purpose of designing teaching and learning aids (software) to impart Inventories Administration in the subjects earlier mentioned. This constitutes the main contribution of this investigation. In the development of this work theoretical and empiric methods were used as: historical-logical, analysis and synthesis, surveys, interviews, direct observation and documental revision.
