Metodología para la gestión y prevención de riesgos del proceso sustantivo de Formación de la Universidad de Holguín “Oscar Lucero Moya”

Abstract

El presente trabajo realizado en la Universidad de Holguín “Oscar Lucero Moya” dada por la necesidad de integrar los esfuerzos de administración de riesgos alrededor de los procesos clave de la actividad de la empresa y no en las funciones, proporciona la existencia de una metodología para gestionar los riesgos del proceso sustantivo de Formación que responde a la necesidad de integrar de forma sistémica y efectiva la administración de los riesgos a los componentes del Control Interno. El mismo tiene como objetivo establecer una metodología adecuada a los procesos de la organización, que integre la administración de riesgos al Sistema de Control Interno, minimizando los eventos adversos en función del éxito en su proceso de cambio orientando al cumplimiento de sus obje tivos empresariales y la misión de la organización. La investigación está constituida por dos capítulos, el primero: “Marco teórico referencial del objeto de estudio; donde se exponen las diferentes teorías que sustentan el desarrollo de la investigación. El capítulo dos: Aplicación de la metodología para la administración de riesgos puros en el proceso de Formación de la Universidad de Holguín “Oscar Lucero Moya”. Como resultado clave de la investigación se obtuvo una propuesta de plan de prevención para dicho proceso. Es necesario mencionar que los anexos en esta tesis debido a sus características específicas resultan de gran peso e importancia pues sustentan todos los resultados alcanzados en la aplicación de la metodología propuesta.

The present work carried out in the University of Holguín "Oscar Lucero Moya" given by the necessity of integrating the efforts of administration of risks around the key processes of the activity of the company and not in the functions, it provides the existence of a methodology to negotiate the risks of the process noun of Formation that he/she responds to the necessity of integrating in a systemic and effective way the administration from the risks to the components of the Internal Control. The same one has as objective to establish an appropriate methodology to the processes of the organization that it integrates the administration of risks to the System of Internal Control, minimizing the adverse events in function of the success in their process of change guiding to the execution of their managerial objectives and the mission of the organization. The investigation is constituted by two chapters, the first one: "Mark theoretical referential of the study object; where the different theories are exposed that sustains the development of the investigation. The chapter two: Application of the methodology for the administration of pure risks in the process of Formation of the University of Holguín "Oscar Lucero Moya". As a result key of the investigation a proposal of plan of prevention was obtained for this process. It is necessary to mention that the annexes in this thesis due to thei r specific haracteristics are of great weight and since importance they sustain all the results reached in the application of the proposed methodology.
