Optimización de los subprocesos de la Logística Inversa. Caso: EMCOMED Holguín

Abstract

Ingenieros y teóricos de la industria se han dado a la tarea de diseñar productos y procesos ecológicamente sostenibles. La logística empresarial, como proceso imprescindible, ha sido campo de innovación y aportes en este sentido. Es por ello, que en este entorno surge como una necesidad objetiva del desarrollo la Logística Inversa (LI). Esta tiene gran importancia y utilidad en el mundo de hoy, tanto para el cuidado del medio ambiente, la disminución de los costos, como para el servicio al cliente con el cumplimiento de sus expectativas como principal objetivo de toda organización de producción o servicio. A partir de esto se desarrolló esta investigación en la Empresa Comercializadora y Distribuidora de Medicamentos (EMCOMED) de Holguín, con el objetivo de optimizar los subprocesos de la Logística Inversa. En la investigación se seleccionaron y analizaron siete subprocesos de la Logística Inversa, los cuales fueron descritos y representados con el apoyo de técnicas para la representación de procesos. Luego se modelaron estos mediante las Redes de Petri donde se pudo identificar tres errores que afectan directamente a la entidad, a los que se le dio solución.

It is for it that arises in this environment like a necessary objective of the development the Inverse Logistics (LI). This has great importance and utility in today's world, so much for the care of the environment, the decrease of the costs, like for the service to the client with the execution of their expectations like main objective of all production organization or service. Starting from this this investigation was developed in the Commercializing and Distribution Company of Medications (EMCOMED) of Holguín, with the objective of optimizing the sub-processes of the Inverse Logistics. In the investigation were selected and analyzed seven sub-processes of the Inverse Logistics, which were describes and represented with the support of techniques for the representation of processes. Then were modeled by means of the Nets of Petri where you could identify three errors that affect directly to the entity, to those that was given solution.
