Diseño del Sistema Logístico en la Empresa Comercializadora y Distribuidora de Medicamentos Holguín

Abstract

En la actualidad las organizaciones tienen como meta el desarrollo constante de los subsistemas de su cadena logística, con el objetivo de garantizar la evolución creciente de su actividad, este aspecto se dificulta por la competencia cada vez más creciente y las siempre presentes amenazas del entorno. Diversas son las estrategias y procedimientos utilizados para el mejoramiento de los sistemas logísticos, los cuales tienen mayor desafío y auge en las empresas comercializadoras. En Cuba el sector de la salud es uno de los que toma mayor importancia por su labor internacional y principalmente el mejoramiento de la salud del pueblo cubano, en este aspecto juega un papel primordial los medicamentos y el personal médico que interviene en cada proceso. En el territorio holguinero la empresa encargada de la comercialización y distribución de estos, muestra un conjunto de síntomas que atentan contra el desarrollo eficiente de su labor. Esta investigación busca como principal objetivo la mejora del funcionamiento del sistema logístico a través de la aplicación de un procedimiento para su diseño en la Empresa Comercializadora y Distribuidora de Medicamentos Holguín. Como resultado de la investigación se diseñó la Filosofía gerencial, el Modelo de Aseguramiento de los Procesos, los flujos Informativo, Material, Financiero y su integración, los subsistemas logísticos, entre otros elementos claves del sistema logístico. En la investigación fue necesaria la utilización de métodos y técnicas como: inductivo – deductivo, flujogramas, diagramas, mapas conceptuales, Modelo General de la Organización, modelo de Valor del Proceso, Diagrama Gantt, entre otras.

On present dais the organizations has as constant goal the development of the subsystems of their logistic chain, for the sake of guaranteeing the increasing evolution of their activity, this aspect becomes difficult for more and more increasing competition and the ever-present threats of the surroundings. Various are the strategies and procedures utilized for the improvement of the logistic systems, which have bigger challenge and prosperity at the trading enterprises. The health's sector is one the bigger importance in Cuba for its international work and principally the improvement of the Cuban village health; in this aspect, the medications and the medical staff that intervenes in each process play a primary role. At the Holguin territory the company entrusted with commercialization and distribution of these, shows a set of symptoms that attempt against the efficient development of its work. This investigation looks like principal objective for the improvement of the functioning of the logistic system through the application of a procedure for it s design at the Trading and Distributing of Medications Enterprise of Holguín. As mains results of investigation, were designed, the Entrepreneurial Philosophy, the Supply's Processes Model, the Informative, Material, and Financial flows and its integration, the logistic subsystems, between another key elements of the logistic system. The utilization of methods and techniques was necessary in the investigation like inductive– deductive, flowcharts, diagrams, conceptual maps, General Model of the Organization, Valor's Process Model, Gantt Diagram, between another’s ones.
