La Gestión del proceso de aseguramiento material y financiero en la sede Manuel Fajardo Rivero de la Universidad de Holguín

Abstract

En la actualidad, las organizaciones y dentro de estas las Instituciones de Educación Superior (IES) se ven sometidas a retos, desafíos y presiones a los cuales tienen que responder con alto grado de creatividad y flexibilidad. Dadas las actuales limitaciones de recursos materiales y financieros, las IES están obligadas a implementar enfoques de gestión en su práctica diaria y utilizar los recursos humanos, materiales y financieros que disponen con eficiencia y eficacia, que permitan la mejora continua de los resultados de los procesos sustantivos universitarios. La presente investigación tiene como objetivo, aplicar un procedimiento para la gestión del proceso de aseguramiento material y financiero en la sede Manuel Fajardo Rivero (MFR) de la Universidad de Holguín, acorde a las necesidades actuales de la educación superior cubana. El trabajo se estructura en tres capítulos, el primero contiene lo relacionado a la gestión del proceso de aseguramiento material y financiero, su impacto en las condicion es de estudio, trabajo y vida. El segundo, muestra la descripción de un procedimiento para la gestión del proceso de aseguramiento material y financiero en IES. La aplicación parcial del procedimiento permitió conocer las principales dificultades que afectan a la comunidad universitaria, entre estas: insuficiencias en la conexión a internet, instalaciones y medios deportivos y reservas en la preparación económica de la comunidad universitaria, entre otras. Para su solución se propone un plan de acción que contribuye a la mejora de las condiciones de estudio, trabajo y vida de la comunidad universitaria.

At the present time, the organizations and inside these the Institutions of Superior Education (IES) they are subjected to challenges, challenges and pressures to which have to respond with high grade of creativity and flexibility. Given the current limitations of material and financial resources, the IES is forced to implement administration focuses in their daily practice and to use the human resources, materials and financiers that prepare with efficiency and effectiveness that allow the continuous improvement of the results of the processes university nouns. The present investigation has as objective, to apply a procedure for the administration of the process of material and financial insurance in the headquarters Manuel Fajardo Rivero (MFR) of the University of Holguín, regarding the current necessities of the Cuban superior education. The work is structured in three chapters, the first one contains the related to the administration of the process of material and financial insurance, its impact in the study conditions, work and life. The second, it shows the description of a procedure for the administration of the process of material and financial insurance in IES. The partial application of the procedure allowed to know the main difficulties which affect the university community, among these: inadequacies in the connection to internet, facilities and sport means and reserve in the economic preparation of the university community, among others. For its solution there is an action plan that contributes to the improvement of the study conditions, work and life of the university community.
