La Evaluación integrada de la gestión empresarial por proceso

Abstract

En la actualidad se debe concientizar que la gestión empresarial obliga a toda organización a mantenerse en la delantera de los nuevos acontecimientos con el fin de ser más competitivos y poder desenvolverse en un entorno que se vuelve cada vez más complejo. Por lo que se debe lograr que el sistema empresarial este constituido por empresas eficientes, organizadas y eficaces, que demanden un enfoque más integrado en su gestión. Atendiendo a lo anterior se diseñó un procedimiento general con los procedimientos específicos correspondientes, con la finalidad de evaluar de manera integrada la gestión empresarial por proceso, posibilitando elevar el cumplimiento de sus metas con eficacia y eficiencia. El cumplimiento de este objetivo se garantizó a través del empleo de diversos métodos, técnicas y herramientas entre las que se encuentran: análisissíntesis, hipotético-deductivo, inductivo-deductivo, encuestas, revisión de documentos, correlación entre variables, análisis de redes conglomerados jerárquicos, árbol de la realidad de Goldratt, diagrama causa-efecto (Ishikawa), entre otros.

At the present time it should be informed that the managerial administration forces to all organization to stay in the leading of the new events with the purpose of to be more competitive and to be able to be unwrapped in an environment that becomes more and more complex. For what should be achieved that the managerial system this constituted by efficient, organized and effective companies that demand a focus more integrated in their administration. Assisting to the above mentioned a general procedure was designed with the corresponding specific procedures, with the purpose of evaluating in an integrated way the managerial administration for process, facilitating to elevate the execution of their goals with effectiveness and efficiency. The execution of this objective was guaranteed through the employment of diverse methods, technical and tools among those that are: analysis-synthesis, hypothetical-deductive, inductive-deductive, you interview, revision of documents, correlation among variables, hierarchical conglomerate analysis of nets, tree of the reality of Goldratt, diagram cause-effect (Ishikawa), among others.
