Pronóstico de la demanda a través de una Red Neuronal Artificial Perceptrón Multicapa

Abstract

En el mundo moderno, las empresas son reconocidas por sus producciones/servicios, las cuales son concluidas con alta eficiencia y calidad, al tener un mercado variable, se percibe la importancia del conocimiento de la demanda futura aunque sea con cierto grado de incertidumbre, ya que esta influye directamente en su proyección económica. Para el pronóstico de la demanda, existen diversas herramientas que posibilitan la disminución de costos en sus actividades normales. La Empresa Comercializadora y Distribuidora de Medicamentos Holguín (EMCOMED) dado a su creciente demanda y teniendo presente la necesidad de mejora continua empresarial, ha dado pasos de avances en la aplicación de estas herramientas novedosas que repercuten por su participación en actividades claves como: demanda, planeación de los recursos humanos, capacitación y desarrollo, transporte, almacenamiento, entre otros. Partiendo de lo planteado se desarrolló la presente investigación con el objetivo d e perfeccionar el procedimiento que en su concepción pronostique la demanda a partir de una red neuronal artificial perceptrón multicapa diseñada en software libre y que tenga en cuenta las variables que más influyen en el pronóstico en EMCOMED. La aplicación de este posibilitó validar la hipótesis de la investigación, se obtuvo el pronóstico para cada producto seleccionado, logrando de esta forma mejorar el proceso de planificación a corto y largo plazo. En el transcurso de esta se aplicaron diferentes métodos y técnicas como: hipotético deductivo, histórico – lógico, clúster, método del coeficiente de concordancia de Kendall, análisis de Paretto, entre otros.

In the modern world, the companies are recognized by their productions and services, which are concluded with high efficiency and quality, when having a variable market, the importance of the knowledge of the future demand is perceived although it is with certain grade of uncertainty, since this it influences directly in its economic projection. For the forecast of the demand, diverse tools that facilitate the decrease of costs in their normal activities exist. The Company Marketer and Distributor of Medicines Holguin (EMCOMED) given to their growing demand and having presented the necessity of managerial continuous improvement, it has taken steps of advances in the application of these novel tools that rebound for their holding in key activities as: it demands, gliding of the human resources, training and development, transport, storage, among others. Leaving of that outlined the present investigation was developed with the objective of improve the procedure that forecast the demand starting from a net neuronal networks multilayer perceptron designed in free software in their conception and that keeps in mind the variables that more influences in the forecast in EMCOMED. The application of this it facilitated to validate the hypothesis of the investigation, the forecast was obtained for each selected product, achieving this way to improve the process of planning to short and release term. In the course of this different methods were applied and technical as: hypothetical deductive, historical logical, cluster, method of the coefficient of agreement of Kendall, analysis of Paretto, among others.
