Diagnóstico de las capacidades tecnológicas y de la innovación que intervienen en la gestión de procesos en la empresa CAUCE

Abstract

El Sistema Empresarial Cubano tiene como premisa el ahorro interno, la eficacia y la eficiencia, lo que conlleva a erradicar las deficiencias organizativas. Dentro de este marco, y principalmente en el sector hidráulico son varias las entidades que, privadas de un SIGTI, se encuentran limitadas ante el interés de renovar y ampliar los procesos productivos, con nuevos y mejorados productos y servicios, abarcando los trabajos de desarrollo tecnológico. El presente trabajo, realizado en la Empresa de Servicios Ingenieros Hidráulicos Este que opera bajo el nombre de CAUCE, tiene como objetivo principal realizar un diagnóstico de las capacidades tecnológicas y de la innovación que intervienen en la gestión de procesos en dicha empresa con vistas a la implementación de una sistema interno de gestión tecnológica y de la innovación. Para ello se aplicaron métodos teóricos, empíricos y estadísticos, además de herramientas de ingeniería industrial como la matriz DAFO. Para la realización del diagnóstico se diseñó un procedimiento tomando como base el propuesto por Annia Leyva Martínez-pinillo en su tesis en opción al título de master. Luego de aplicada la metodología se determinaron las causas que limitan la implementación del sistema interno de gestión tecnológica y de innovación y se proponen acciones a partir de un plan de acción propuesto.

Inside this mark, and mainly in the hydraulic sector they are several the entities that, private of a SIGTI, they are limited in the face of the interest of to renovate and to enlarge the productive processes, with new and improved products and services, embracing the works of technological development. The present work, carried out in the Company of Services Hydraulic Engineers This that operates under the name of BED, has as main objective to carry out a diagnosis of the technological capacities and of the innovation that you/they intervene in the administration of processes in this company with a view to the implementation of an internal system of technological administration and of the innovation. For they were applied it theoretical, empiric and statistical methods, besides tools of industrial engineering as the main DAFO. For the realization of the diagnosis a procedure was designed taking like base the one proposed by Annia Leyva Martínez-pinillo in its thesis in option to the master title. After having applied the methodology the causes they were determined that limit the implementation of the internal system of technological administration and of innovation and they intend actions starting from a proposed action plan.
