Contribución a la implantación de la NC ISO 50001:2011 que rige el Sistema de Gestión Energética en la UEB Hotel Pernik

Abstract

El presente trabajo de diploma se realizó con el objetivo de contribuir a la implantación de la NC ISO 50001 en la Unidad Empresarial de Base (UEB) Hotel Pernik, para mejorar el desempeño energético de la organización. En el desarrollo de la investigación se tomó como base los procedimientos de González y Rodríguez, (2011); Santana López, (2012); Nápoles, (2013), la NC: PAS 99: 2008 y la Guía de implementación de Sistema de Gestión de la Energía basada en la ISO 50001 (AChEE, 2012), instrumentos guías que permitieron la confección del procedimiento para el diagnóstico. Se utilizó la NC ISO 50001 para la caracterización de los sistemas de gestión energética, se analizó la evolución de la gestión y la gestión empresarial hasta los sistemas de gestión y su integración. Como resultados de la aplicación del procedimiento confeccionado en la investigación se obtuvieron las estrategias para la implantación del modelo de gestión energética según la norma. También se elaboró la política del sistema a implantar, se definió la línea de base energética, los objetivos energéticos y el plan de acción para el cumplimiento de los objetivos. The present diploma work was carried out with the objective of contributing to the installation of the NC ISO 50001 in the UEB Hotel Pernik, to improve the energy acting of the organization. In the development of the investigation it took like base González's procedures and Rodríguez, (2011); Santana López, (2012); Nápoles, (2013), the NC: PAS 99: 2008 and the Guide of implementation of System of Administration of the Energy based on the ISO 50001 (AChEE, 2012), instruments guides that allowed the making of the procedure for the diagnosis. The NC ISO 50001 was used for the characterization of the systems of energy administration, it was analyzed the evolution of the administration and the managerial administration until the administration systems and its integration. As results of the application of the procedure made in the investigation the strategies they were obtained for the installation of the pattern of energy administration according to the norm. The politics of the system was also elaborated, it was defined the line of base energetics, the energy objectives and the action plan for the execution of the objectives.
