Contribución a la implementación del enfoque de proceso en la gestión del alojamiento en la Empresa Integral Turística Gibara.

Abstract

La presente investigación se realizó con el objetivo de contribuir al enfoque de proceso en la gestión del alojamiento en la Empresa Integral Turística Gibara. Durante la revisión bibliográfica se consultaron las NC-ISO 9001:2008 sobre los Sistemas de gestión de la Calidad. Requisitos; la NC 127:2001 Requisitos para la clasificación por categorías de los establecimientos de Alojamiento Turístico. Para lograr los objetivos propuestos fue necesario construir un procedimiento para identificar y documentar procesos a partir del estudio de otros autores. La aplicación del procedimiento permitió conocer el estado actual de documentación de los procesos en la empresa, se elaboró el mapa general de procesos de la Empresa Integral Turística Gibara, además del mapa de proceso de alojamiento, el diagrama de flujo y la ficha de proceso correspondientes, lo que representa el primer paso para la implementación de un sistema de gestión en la entidad.

The present investigation was carried out with the objective of contributing to the process focus in the administration of the lodging in the Tourist Integral Company Gibara, what represents the first step for the implementation of an administration system in the entity. During the bibliographical revision those were consulted NCISO 9001:2008 Systems of administration of the Quality. Requirements; the NC 127:2001 requirements to classification for categories of the establishments of Tourist Lodging. To get the proposed objectives it was necessary to make a procedure to identify and to document processes starting from the study of other authors. The application of the procedure allowed knowing the current state of documentation of the processes in the company, the general map of processes of the Tourist Integral Company Gibara was elaborated, besides the map of lodging process, the diagram of flow and the corresponding process record card. It qas also proposed to code the documentation obtained to facilitate their use during the development and mensuration of the process.
