Propuesta metodológica para el diseño curricular de una asignatura. Aplicación parcial en la asignatura Estudio de Tiempos de Trabajo

Abstract

Las modificaciones del modelo económico y el ambiente competitivo, de panorama actual, han conllevado a que las organizaciones cubanas se tornan exigentes en cuanto a la formación y experiencia con que cuente su Capital Humano, de ello depende el éxito organizacional. La base de un profesional, con nivel superior, son los conocimientos acumulados a lo largo de la carrera. La presente investigación se realizó en el departamento de Ingeniería Industrial con el principal objetivo de diseñar una propuesta metodológica que permita realizar el diseño curricular de una asignatura para contribuir al perfeccionamiento del proceso docente educativo de la carrera Ingeniería Industrial. Para dar cumplimiento al objetivo propuesto se elaboró el marco teórico referencial de la investigación donde aparecen recogidos los elementos fundamentales que permiten adentrarse en el estudio del tema. Se elaboró de la propuesta metodológicala cual está compuesta por 5 etapas, 6 pasos y 13 tareas. La misma fue valorada por el criterio de expertos resultando factible su aplicación, lo que permitió proceder a la aplicación parcial de la misma en la signatura Estudio de tiempos de trabajo, perteneciente a la disciplina Ingeniería del factor humano. Se emplearon métodos teóricos y empíricos que favoreció el cumplimiento del objetivo propuesto. Con la realización de la presente investigación se obtuvieron como principales resultados el diseño de una propuesta metodológica, que su aplicación parcial se materializa con la elaboración del expediente de la asignatura, lo que contribuyó a mejorar el desarrollo del proceso docente educativo en la carrera.

The present investigation was carried out in the department of Industrial Engineering with the main objective of designing a methodological proposal that allows to carry out the curricular design of a subject to contribute to the improvement of the educational process of the career Industrial Engineering. To give execution to the proposed objective the mark theoretical referential of the investigation it was elaborated where they appear picked up the fundamental elements that allow going into in the study of the topic. It was elaborated of the methodological proposal which is composed by 5 stages, 6 steps and 13 tasks. The same one was valued by the approach of experts being feasible their application, what allowed to proceed to the partial application of the same one in the signature Study of times of work, belonging to the discipline Engineering of the human factor. Theoretical and empiric methods were used that favored the execution of the proposed objective. With the realization of the present investigation they were obtained as main results the design of a methodological proposal that their partial application is materialized with the elaboration of the file of the subject, what contributed to improve the development of the educational educational process in the career.
