Sistema de acciones para fortalecer el valor responsabilidad en los estudiantes de Ingeniería Industrial de la Universidad de Holguín Oscar Lucero Moya

Abstract

En Cuba, país que construye una sociedad socialista, los valores constituyen pilares importantes en la formación del hombre, por lo que la sociedad está llamada a formarlos, preservarlos, fortalecerlos y afianzarlos. La universidad como institución social es la encargada de llevar a término esta tarea, contribuyendo de esta forma a la formación integral del estudiante. En este proceso los esfuerzos deben ir encaminados a desarrollar aquellos valores inherentes al ejercicio de su profesión y a los éticos, políticos y morales. En la Universidad de Holguín “Oscar Lucero Moya”, como parte de los Centros de Educación Superior del país, se manifiesta la necesidad de continuar desarrollando valores en los estudiantes. La carrera de Ingeniería Industrial no está exenta a este proceso, pues a pesar de reconocerse a nivel institucional sus avances, aún se manifiestan algunas deficiencias en el trabajo con el valor responsabilidad. Esta problemática motivó el desarrollo de esta investigación, con el objetivo de diseñar un sistema de acciones que contribuya al fortalecimiento del valor responsabilidad en los estudiantes de esta carrera. En el desarrollo del trabajo se realizó un diagnóstico del estado actual de este valor en la carrera, en el cual participó una muestra representativa del total de estudiantes y profesores de la misma. Como resultado de la investigación quedaron declaradas las acciones que deben desarrollarse para fortalecer el valor responsabilidad. Para dar cumplimiento a este objetivo se emplearon métodos teóricos, empíricos y estadísticos. Además se utilizaron varias técnicas y herramientas propias del Ingeniero Industrial.

In Cuba, a country that constructs a socialist society, values constitute important cornerstones in man´s formation, so that society aims at forming, preserving, strengthening and consolidating them. The University, as a social institution is in charge of carrying out this labor, contributing in this way to the integral formation of the students. In this process, efforts must be aimed at developing those inherent values in the exercise of their profession as well as the ethical, political and moral values. In the Oscar Lucero Moya University of Holguin, as a part of the Superior Educational Center of this country, the necessity of continue developing values in the students is manifested. The career of Industrial Engineering is not exempt to that process. Despite of recognizing some advances at an institutional level, still remain some insufficiencies in this work with the value responsibility. This is the reason why this investigation has been developed, with the main objective of designing a system of actions that contribute to strengthening the value responsibility in the students of this career. In the development of this investigation a diagnosis concerning the current state of this value In the career was carried out, in which participated a very representative sample of the whole enrollment of students and teachers. As a result of this investigation the actions that must be developed in order to strengthen the value responsibility were stated. To accomplish this goal, some theoretical, empirical and statistical methods were used, as well as some techniques and tools proper of the Industrial Engineering.
