Contribución a la mejora de la Gestión del Mantenimiento en la Empresa Poligráfica de Holguín, ARGRAF

Abstract

El presente trabajo está enfocado en el diagnóstico a la gestión del mantenimiento en la Empresa Poligráfica de Holguín, ARGRAF, para proponer mejoras que contribuyan a un mejor funcionamiento y desenlace de la misma, el mantenimiento implantado en la actualidad es el Mantenimiento Preventivo Planificado, que ha tenido buenos resultados en su trayectoria, pero con el decursar de los años se hace necesario introducir cambios en el sistema y eso se debe lograr mediante la unión de otros mantenimientos. Se efectuarán análisis y se aplicaran varios métodos con el fin de obtener información necesaria que permita poder tomar decisiones, estos métodos se aplicarán a todo el equipamiento tecnológico de la empresa pero estarán enfocados principalmente en las máquinas de mayor importancia de la organización que son las que participan directamente en la Disponibilidad Técnica, uno de estos métodos es el Análisis de Criticidad, se hace necesario también aplicar el Análisis de Modo y Efecto de Fallas, una técnica muy conocida y de buenos resultados internacionalmente, esta es una técnica principalmente de expertos, específicamente se persigue ver de qué modo se pueden mejorar los tiempos medios entre fallos de las máquinas, otra técnica también muy utilizada en la actualidad es el Análisis Causa Raíz donde se logra llegar al punto inicial de las irregularidades, con todas estas técnicas se pretende obtener información suficiente para hacer una propuesta de mejoras basada en datos estadísticos y análisis de factibilidad de las mismas.

The present work is focused in the diagnosis to the management of the maintenance in the Company Poligráfica of Holguín, ARGRAF, to propose improvements that contribute to a better operation and outcome of the same one, the maintenance implanted at the present time is the Preventive Planned Maintenance that has had good results in its trajectory, but with the decursar of the years it becomes necessary to introduce changes in the system and that should be achieved by means of the union of other maintenances. Analysis will be made and several methods were applied with the purpose of obtaining necessary information that allows to be able to make decisions, these methods they will be applied to the whole technological equipment of the company but they will be focused mainly in the machines of bigger importance of the organization that are those that participate directly in the Technical Readiness, one of these methods it is the Analysis of Criticidad, it becomes necessary also to apply the Analysis in Way and Effect of Flaws, a very well-known technique and of good results internationally, this it belongs mainly a technique to experts, specifically it is pursued to see of what way the times means can be improvements among shortcomings of the machines, another technique also very used at the present time it is the Analysis it Causes Root where it is possible to arrive to the initial point of the irregularities, with all these techniques it is sought to obtain enough information to make a proposal of improvements based on statistical data and analysis of feasibility of the same ones.
