Análisis y valoración de los resultados económicos financieros de la UEB Azucarera Cristino Naranjo, Empresa AZCUBA Holguín.

Abstract

La evaluación económica financiera es un tema de vital actualidad y utilidad para la toma de decisiones en las empresas cubanas hoy en día, pues permite a través de la aplicación de métodos, técnicas y herramientas de análisis económico financiero lograr una mejor utilización de los recursos que intervinieron en el proceso. El presente Trabajo de Diploma titulado “Análisis y valoración de los resultados económicos financieros” en la Empresa Azucarera “Cristino Naranjo” tiene como principal objetivo realizar una evaluación económica financiera durante los periodos 2016-2017 y proforma 2018, con ayuda de métodos y técnicas de análisis tales como cálculo de índices, métodos comparativos, razones financieras, así como otros indicadores económicos y de gestión, con el objetivo de dar cumplimiento a la realización del trabajo y con ellos determinar las desviaciones que han conllevado a los resultados económicos en este centro, así como tomar las medidas necesarias para lograr la rentabilidad que es el objetivo fundamental y la línea económica trazada por la máxima dirección del Partido y el Gobierno. Se conformaron dos capítulos en el primero se realiza la fundamentación teórico- conceptual y en su segundo capítulo se aplica el análisis a la práctica empresarial de la unidad objeto de estudio, con el propósito de lograr una mejor aplicación de las decisiones y la proyección de nuevas estrategias para el desempeño futuro de la empresa. La situación económica financiera de la empresa no se encuentra optimizada en sentido general y las tendencias indican que se puede alcanzar un desarrollo equilibrado capaz de lograr resultados superiores en toda la dimensión de la empresa a partir de la implementación de nuevos y mejorados diseños organizacionales que permitan un alto grado de funcionabilidad en la empresa.

The economic evaluation is a topic of vital present time and utility for takes it of decisions in the Cuban undertakings nowadays, because permits through the application of methods, techniques and tools of economic financial analysis it achieve a better use of the resources they took part in in the process. The present work of supposed diplomat “Analysis and valuation of the economic results, financiers” in the sugar undertaking “Cristino Naranjo” has as main objective carry out an economic financial evaluation during the periods 2016.2017 and profit 2018, with help of methods and analysis techniques just as index calculation, comparative methods, reason financial, as well as other economic indicators and of step, with the objective to give fulfillment to the realization of the work and with them/it to decide the deviations that have shared in bearing to the economic results in this center, as well as taking the necessary measures to achieve the income-yield capacity that it is the fundamental objective and the drawn economic line for the maximum direction of the match and the government. They shaped to him two chapters in the first carries out to him the theoretical-conceptual fundamention and in your second chapter applies the analysis to the managerial practice of the unit objects of study, with the purpose to achieve a better application of the decisions and the projection of new strategies for the future acting of the undertaking. The economic situation of the undertaking does not find optimized in general sense and the tendencies indicate that it can reach to him a balanced development capable of achieve superior results in the whole dimension of the undertaking as of the implementation again and improved organizacerc designs that permit a high degree of function in the undertaking.
