Auditoría de desempeño en la empresa municipal de comercio y gastronomía, Rafael Freyre

Abstract

Como parte de la actualización del Modelo Económico y Social de la Revolución Cubana la Empresa Municipal de Comercio y Gastronomía Rafael Freyre busca dar cumplimiento a los lineamientos de la Política Económica y Social del Partido y la Revolución, aprobados en el VI Congreso del Partido Comunista de Cuba en lo referente al desarrollo de nuevas formas de gestión no estatal; así como en la búsqueda de formas novedosas que contribuyan a dar solución a demandas de la población. No obstante, existen factores que afectan el logro de la entidad y el impacto económico social en el territorio. La investigación tiene como objetivo realizar una auditoría de desempeño que permita identificar los factores que afectan el desempeño de la entidad. El aporte fundamental se centra en la elaboración de un plan de acción a implementar en el proceso gastronómico, constituyendo una una herramienta de trabajo para los directivos de la entidad.

As part of the bring up to date of the Economic and Social Pattern of the Cuban Revolution the Municipal Company of Trade and Gastronomy Rafael Freyre looks for to give execution to the limits of the Economic and Social Politics of the Party and the Revolution, approved in the I SAW Congress of the Communist Party of Cuba regarding the development in new ways of non-state administration; as well as in the search in novel ways that you/they contribute to give solution to the population's demands, nevertheless factors that affect the achievement of the entity and the social economic impact in the territory exist. The investigation has as objective to carry out an acting audit that allows to identify the factors that affect the acting of the entity, serving as guide in the realization of these control actions. The fundamental contribution is centered in the elaboration of an action plan to implement in the gastronomic process constituting a work tool for the directive of the entity.
