Estudio de los fallos en la máquina de refrigeración centralizada GREE en el Hotel Playa Pesquero en el período 2015 – 2016

Abstract

El trabajo aborda el estudio de los fallos y los principales índices de funcionabilidad de la máquina de refrigeración centralizada GREE en el Hotel Playa Pesquero, basados en los datos obtenidos en los informes de explotación en el período de trabajo 2015 – 2016. Se determinó la probabilidad de trabajo sin fallo, la probabilidad de ocurrencia de fallo y el tiempo medio entre fallos. Se obtuvieron las horas que trabajó la máquina en el período estudiado y las horas que dejó de trabajar, además se determinaron cuáles fueron los elementos que fallaron, cuál fue el más representativo y el número de horas que representó dentro del tiempo de trabajo.

The work deals with the study of the failures and main performance indexes of the GREE centralized cooling machine at the Playa Pesquero Hotel, based on the data obtained in the exploitation reports during the 2015-2016 work period.
