Evaluación de los procesos de filtrado de pequeñas Plantas de Biogás en el Municipio Holguín

Abstract

La ganadería porcina ha tenido un gran auge por ser fuente del plato principal de alimentación cubana. Los desechos producidos son tratados en plantas de biogás, las cuales no son diseñadas correctamente y trae consigo un mal funcionamiento y posibilita la afectación de la remoción de contaminantes del efluente. Para ello se plantea esta investigación en la que se realiza el análisis de 6 de esas pequeñas plantas mediante el procedimiento de (Sánchez- Gómez, 2014). Primeramente se seleccionaron las plantas y fueron analizadas mediante la evaluación de los diferentes ensayos. Los valores obtenidos fueron comparados con la NC 27: 2012 Vertimiento de las aguas residuales a las aguas terrestres y al alcantarillado – Especificaciones - y se pudo constatar que no funcionaban correctamente. La causa principal de esta situación radica en problemas constructivos que presentan; así como una mayor cantidad de animales para los cuales la planta no fue diseñada, lo que afecta el tiempo de retención hidráulico y por tanto la biomasa no es procesada correctamente, objetivo principal en primer medida.

The porcine stock farm has gotten a boom for being the main source of Cuban food. The produced residues are treated in biogas plants, which are not correctly designed, and this brings with it malfunctioning, and makes possible the affectation of the removal of pollution in the effluent. With that purpose, the following investigation is put forward, in which the analysis of six of these small plants is performed through the process of (Sánchez- Gómez, 2014). In first place, the plants were selected, and they were analyzed through the evaluation of the different experiments. The results obtained were compared with the NC 27: 2012, Pouring of the residual waters to the terrestrial waters and to the sewage system – specifications- and it was proved that they were not functioning correctly. The main cause of this situation is evident in the construction problems they present, as well as in the larger number of animals for which the plant was not designed; this affects the time of hydraulic retention, and because of this the biomass is not correctly processed, which is the main objective.
