Determinación de las pérdidas en cosecha durante la recolección mecanizada con la cosechadora New Holland TC5070.

Abstract

La investigación se desarrolló en la Granja Agrícola Arrocera “Bartolomé Masó Márquez” perteneciente al CAI ”Fernando Echenique”, ubicada en el municipio Yara, provincia Granma, con una extensión de 5 529 ha, dedicadas a la producción de arroz. En la misma se evalúan las pérdidas de granos de forma general y por sistemas de la máquina, tiene como objetivo determinar las pérdidas de arroz, mediante las pruebas de campo a la cosechadora de cereales

New Holland TC5070, en distintas condiciones agrotécnicas tomando como referencia el valor aportado por el fabricante. Se establecieron comparaciones entre el horario de cosecha de la mañana y la tarde para determinar diferencias significativas en las parcelas que pudieran influir en la fidelidad de los resultados de la investigación. La investigación concluyó con que la cosechadora tiene una pérdida real de un 6,4 %, teniendo un 2,2 % de diferencia con lo normado por el fabricante encontrándose en la plataforma de corte el valor más significativo, además que el porcentaje de impurezas del producto recolectado por los expertos de la industria excede el valor normado por la industria, que es del 10 %.The investigation was developed in the Agricultural Rice Farm "Bartolomé Masó Márquez" belonging to the I fell "Fernando Echenique", located in the municipality Yara, county Granma, with an extension of 5 529 has, dedicated to the production of rice. The investigation concluded with which the cropper has a lost one real of 6,4%, having 2,2% of difference with the normado for the maker being in the court platform the most significant value, also that the percentage of sludges of the gathered product exceeds the value normado for the industry that is of 10%.
