Identificar las relaciones inter e intrasectorialescomo base para la formación de sistemas productivos localesen el municipio Holguín

Abstract

El presente trabajo de diploma tiene por objetivo identificar las relaciones inter e intra sectoriales que generan interdependencias como basepara la formación de sistemas productivos localesen el municipio de Holguín. Inicialmente se analizan aspectos que sirven de marco teórico referencial para el desarrollo de la investigación. Posteriormente se muestra la aplicación de la metodología propuesta por Ana Vilma Rodríguez Rojas en junio del 2009 en opción al título de licenciada eneconomía; en la implementación de esta investigación se desarrollan una serie de aspectos como: la caracterización del territorio, análisis de la especialización interna y externa, análisis inter e intrasectorial del municipio y para complementar la información obtenida se utilizó el Criterio de Expertos validado por los programas estadísticos Kendall y SPSS. En el desarrollo de la investigación se efectuó unarevisión documental y se utilizaron métodos y técnicas para el análisis y procesamientode la información, así como para validar la hipótesis. Como principales resultados se obtuvieron las relaciones existentes entre los sectores y sus respectivas empresas, las que podrían constituir la base para la formación de sistemas productivos locales, lo que contribuirá a la elevación de los niveles de desempeño de las organizaciones que los integren, lo que se traduce en la obtención de superiores beneficios, reflejándose en un mayor desarrollo económico para la localidad. El diseño propuesto y su aplicación servirán de guía para el análisis regional de otras localidades, adecuándolas a las regulaciones de la economía cubana actual y a las particularidades de cada territorio.

The present diploma work has for objective to identify the intersector relationships that generate interdependences like base for the formation of local productive systems in the municipality of Holguín. Initially aspects are analyzed that serve of mark theoretical referential for the development of the investigation. Later on the application of the methodology is shown proposed by Ana Vilma Rodríguez in June of the 2009 in option to graduate's title in Economy; in the implementation of this investigation they are developed a series of aspects like: the characterization of the territory, analysis of the internal and external specialization, analysis inter and intrasectorial of the municipality and to supplement the obtained information the Approach ofExperts it was used validated by the statistical programs Kendall and SPSS. In the development of the investigation a documental revision was made and methods and techniques were used for the analysis and prosecution of the information, as well as to validate the hypothesis. As main results the existent relationships were obtained between the sectors and their respective companies, those that could constitute the base forthe formation of local productive systems, what will contribute to the elevation of the levels of acting of the organizations that you/they integrate them, what is translated in the obtaining of superior benefits, being reflected in a bigger economic development for the town. The proposed design and their application will serve as guide for the regional analysis of other towns, adapting them to the regulations of the current Cuban economy and the particularities of each territory.
