Identificación de las relaciones inter e intrasectoriales como base para la formación de sistemas productivos locales en el municipio Banes

Abstract

La siguiente investigación tiene como objetivo: identificar relaciones inter e intrasectoriales que generan interdependencia como base para la formación de sistemas productivos locales en el municipio Banes. Se utilizaron los Métodos Teóricos de Investigación análisis y síntesis, histórico – lógico,hipotético– deductivo, ascenso de lo abstracto a lo concreto, matemáticos- estadísticos. Las encuestas, consulta a expertos, revisión dedocumentosy la observación directa, constituyen los métodos empíricos a los que seacudió. Este trabajo se valió de una metodología propuesta para la Identificación de las potencialidadespara la formación de Sistemas Productivos Locales propuesta en julio de 2009, y se adaptó a las particularidades del Municipio Banes. Se identificaron las especializaciones en los sectores y las relaciones inter e intrasectoriales que generan interdependencia. Se evidencia que el municipio cuenta con sectores potenciales (agricultura,comercio ytransporte), por lo que realizando una reestructuración dela estructura económica del municipio y promoviendo la existencia de fuertes interrelaciones se pudiera llegar a formar un SPL en el territorio.

The following investigation has as object: identify relations between inter and intrasectorials that generate interdependence as a bases for the formation of local productive systems in the municipality of Banes. The Theoretical Methods of Investigation used were analysis and synthesis, historical - logical, hypothetical - deductive, ascent of the abstract thing to the concrete thing,mathematical - statistical. The surveys, it consults to experts, checking of documentation and the direct observation, that are the empiric methods used on the investigation. This work was based in a methodology proposed for the Identification of the potentialities for the formation of Systems Productive Local proposed on July, 2009th, and was adapted according particularities of the municipality of Banes. The specializations on the sectors were identified and the relations between inter and intrasectorials that generate interdependence. It is fact that the municipality counts with sectors with potential (agriculture, trade and transport), that is why if it is made a restructuration of the economical structure of the municipality and promoving the formation of strong interrelations could get to the forming of a local productive system in the territory.
