Diseño Conceptual de las vías del Patio Ferroviario Vidalina entre las localidades de Frank País y Sagua de Tánamo

Abstract

Por lo económico que resulta el transporte ferroviario ante otros medios, y previendo la necesidad futura de trasladar todo el mineral existente en la localidad de Nicaro que puede ser puesto a explotación en las fábricas de Moa; en el año 1985 la Dirección Provincial de Planificación Física de Holguín elabora un proyecto que consiste en la reparación de gran parte de la estructura ferroviaria existente y la construcción de nuevos tramos de Nicaro a Moa, por lo que se requiere el diseño de patios ferroviarios para obtener una vía más factible y segura. La presente investigación propone resolver tal situación y obtuvo como resultado el diseño conceptual de las vías del patio ferroviario Vidalina, mediante el empleo del software AutoCAD Civil 3D Land Desktop Companion 2009 como herramienta de diseño de la infraestructura de la vía, el PreCons II y el programa PCWim para el cálculo de aproximadamente el costo real de la obra. Por lo que la solución del problema de la investigación y el cumplimiento del objetivo fueron posibles con la implementación de un sistema de métodos de la investigación científica de naturaleza teórica y empírica.

For the economical aspect that carries about the transporting of resources using railways and others means of transportation and taking into consideration the future necessity of transporting all the minerals that are present in Nicaro, which can be exploited in Moa`s factories, in 1985 the Human Plan Office of Holguin designed a project. That project involved the repair of a large area of an existent railroad structure and also the construction of some new stretches from Nicaro to Moa. That project requires the design of shunting yards; it carries about that railways would be more feasible and safer. The current investigation has the aim of getting to a solution for this situation. It had as a result the conceptual design of the railroad of the Vidalina shunting yard, through the use of the software AutoCAD Civil 3D Land Desktop Companion 2009 as a design tool of the infrastructure of the railroad, in the PreCons II and the software PC Wim for the calculation of an approximate of the real costs of the work. The solution of the problem of the investigation and the performance of the objective were possible because of the implementation of a system of theoretical and empirical methods of the scientific investigation.
