Contribución a la gestión de los riesgos laborales en la Subestación Eléctrica 220 kV Holguín perteneciente a la ECIE de Holguín

Abstract

Este trabajo de investigación se desarrolló en la UEB Empresa de Construcciones para la Industria Eléctrica de Holguín (ECIE), específicamente en la Subestación Eléctrica Holguín 220 kV, donde se realizan trabajos de alto riesgo como el mantenimiento y operación de la Subestación. En este se aplicó un procedimiento para lograr mejorar la gestión de los riesgos laborales existentes analizando los procesos y las actividades que se realizan en la subestación. Con el estudio realizado fueron detectadas varias causas que estaban incidiendo negativamente en la correcta gestión de los riesgos laborales y como consecuencia podrían afectar la calidad de vida de los trabajadores, así como su desempeño. Se propusieron una serie de medidas con el objetivo de eliminar o reducir los riesgos que fueron detectados. Esta investigación cuenta con dos capítulos, el primero trata los fundamentos teóricos y prácticos relacionados con la gestión de los riesgos laborales, que respaldan la investigación desarrollada y el segundo muestra la aplicación del procedimiento metodológico.

This investigation work was developed in the UEB Company of Constructions for the Electric Industry of Holguín (ECIE), specifically in the Electric Substation Holguín 220 kV, where they are carried out works of high risk like the maintenance and operation of the Substation. In this a procedure was applied to be able to improve the administration of the existent labor risks analyzing the processes and the activities that are carried out in the substation. With the carried out study they were detected several causes that were impacting negatively in the correct administration of the labor risks and I eat consequence they could affect the quality of the workers' life, as well as their acting. They intended a series of measures with the objective of to eliminate or to reduce the risks that were detected. This investigation has two chapters, the first one treats the theoretical and practical foundations related with the administration of the labor risks that support the developed investigation and the second sample the application of the methodological procedure.
