Potencialidades de los barrios del Consejo Popular Fray Benito para elevar la calidad de vida de sus pobladores

Abstract

El presente estudio se realizó con el propósito de identificar los principales problemas que afectan la calidad de vida de los pobladores delConcejo Popular objeto de análisis, así como, las potencialidades internas para dar solución a dichos problemas. Las bases teóricas y metodológicas de la investigación son tomadas de los enfoques marxistas sobre la temática del desarrollo, especialmente las referidas a calidad de vida y desarrollo local. La constatación de los problemas en su escenarioconcreto, la información de diferentes personas y agentes de los barrios, permitió describir, analizar y proponer posibles soluciones, las que se reflejan en el Plan de acciones proyectado desde una perspectiva sistémica, compleja y multifacética que permite pasar del conocimiento de casos específicos a las regularidades y elementos compartidos por colectivo.

The present study was made in order to identify the principal problems that affect the quality of life of the inhabitants of the Popular Council object of analysis, such as , the internal potentialities to give solution to the aforementioned problems. The theoretic bases and methodologies of investigation are taken of the Marxist focuses on the subject matter of development, specially the referred to quality of life and local development. The verification of the problems at his concrete scene, the information of different people and agents of the neighborhoods, it allowed describing, examining and proposing possible solutions, the ones that reflect in the Plan of actions projected from a systemic, complex and multifaceted perspective that it enables pass of the knowledge of specific cases to regularities and elements shared by collectives.
