Comportamiento espacial de cuatro indicadores relacionados con la producción de carne vacuna en el municipio Calixto García.

Abstract

El trabajo se desarrolló entre enero y marzo de 2017, a partir de información compilada por el Centro de Control Pecuario, la Dirección de Economía y Finanzas de la Empresa Pecuaria Municipal y la Dependencia Municipal de la Oficina Nacional de Estadística e Información durante 2016. Una muestra de 82 parcelas ganaderas aleatoriamente se tomó del catastro. Se incluyó información de los nacimientos, las muertes y la cantidad de vacas y la producción anual de carne, relativizada por hectárea. Con el programa Vertical Mapper ver. 3.1 se crearon mapas ráster por interpolación con el método del inverso de la distancia y mapas de contornos. La distribución espacial se representó como la superposición de los mapas ráster y vectorial en Mapinfo ver. 10.5. Los datos primarios de las distintas formas productivas fueron procesados por análisis de varianza, con comparación de rangos múltiples de medias. La distribución espacial de los indicadores evaluados muestra un mejor desempeño hacia el sur del municipio, en los consejos populares Sabanaso, Monte Alto y Mir, aún cuando su comportamiento dista mucho del potencial que tienen y que deberían explotar. Las UEB, UBPC, CPA y CCS, en ese orden, muestran diferencias en el tamaño de la superficie que dedican a la ganadería, lo que no parece influir de alguna manera en el comportamiento de la entrega de carne vacuna porque son la UEB y las CCS las que muestran los mejores valores.

The work was developed between January and March 2017, as from data compiled by the Centre of Livestock Control, Economic and Financial Management of the Livestock Municipal Company and the Municipal Dependence of Statics and Data National Office during 2016. A sample of 82 cattle plots of land at random took of the cadastre. It was included information of the births, the deaths and cows' quantity and the annual production of meat, relatives by hectare. Vertical Mapper ver 3.1 software was used to created raster maps by interpolation with reverse of distance method and maps of contours. The space distribution represented itself as the layers overlap of the raster and vectorial maps in Mapinfo ver. 10,5 geographic information system software. The primary data of the different productive forms were processed by analysis of variance, with comparison of multiple ranges of average. The space distribution of the evaluated indicators show a better performance toward the south of the municipality in the popular council of Sabanaso, Monte Alto and Mir, still when its behaviour is far away very much of the potential that they have and that should explode. UEB, UBPC, the CPA and CCS, in that order, show differences in the size of the surface that they dedicate to cattle raising, that does not seem to influence somehow the behaviour of the delivery of beef because the UEB and CCS show the best values are.
