Modificación del sistema de transporte de cajetillas desde la máquina celofanadora CP-1 hasta la máquina empaquetadora MINIPAR

Abstract

Este trabajo presenta, la modificación del sistema de transporte de cajetillas de cigarros; desde la máquina Celofanadora CP -1 hasta la máquina empaquetadora MINIPAR, en el taller secundario de la fábrica de Holguín Lázaro Peña González. Además se realiza un análisis de los fallos productivos en dicho taller, la descripción del flujo tecnológico del taller primario y secundario de dicha fábrica. Este trabajo contiene la descripción de las características técnicas y funcionamiento de la máquina celofanadora de cajetillas de cigarro CP-1 y las partes y funcionamiento de la máquina MINIPAR. Se presenta una evaluación de la propuesta de modificación en el transportador final donde se incluyen los cálculos económicos relacionados con la sustitución de piezas de repuestos y ahorro de energía eléctrica.

This work shows the Modification of the system of transport of packs of cigarettes among the machines Celofanadoras CP - 1 and machines packers MINIPAR in the secondary shop of the factory of Holguín Lázaro Peña González, in the same one is carried out an Analysis of the causes of the productive unemployment’s in this shop, they are related the different factories that exist in our country that his social object is the production of cigarettes; he/she is also carried out a description of the technological flow of the primary and secondary shop of this factory. This work also contains the description of the technical characteristics of the Machine Celofanadora of cigarette packs CP-1 and the structure and operation of the machine MINIPAR. He/she shows up an evaluation of the modification proposal in the final transporter where the economic calculations related with the substitution of pieces of reserves and electric power saving are included.
