Metodología de Gestión de la información y el conocimiento ambiental en función del perfeccionamiento de la Gestión ambiental en la Empresa Comercializadora y Distribuidora de Medicamentos Holguín.

Abstract

La tesis que se presenta es el resultado de una investigación realizada en la Empresa Comercializadora y Distribuidora de Medicamentos Holguín, cuyo objetivo es introducir la Gestión de la información y el conocimiento ambiental en función de Perfeccionar del Sistema de Gestión Ambiental. Para su desarrollo, se asumió la concepción dialéctico materialista como principal criterio metodológico, y dentro de los métodos investigativos, el análisis histórico-lógico, la modelación científica, el estructural funcional, el análisis-síntesis, análisis de fuentes documentales, la entrevista científica, el criterio de los expertos y los métodos estadísticos que completan el análisis de los resultados que se expondrán.Dentro de los resultados más importantes de la investigación se destacan: la definición de conceptos de Gestión de la información y Gestión del conocimiento ambiental , la bondad de la metodología de ofrecer las vías para el diseño e implementación de indicadores ambientales que ofrecen información oportuna sobre la situación medioambiental en la organización y las vías para formar un capital humano motivado y competente en la dimensión ambiental, capaz de utilizar la información que brindan los indicadores ambientales, en función de tomar de decisiones que conducen a perfeccionar la Gestión Ambiental en EMCOMED Holguín.La aplicación parcial de la Metodología muestra evidencias de un impacto económico, social y ambiental positivo en EMCOMED Holguín, lo que indica la pertinencia y factibilidad de su implementación.

The thesis that is presented is the result of an investigation carried out in the Commercialization and Distribution Medications Company of Holguín whose objective is to introduce the administration of the information and the environmental knowledge so as better up the System of Environmental Administration as a functional principle. For its development, the author assumed the materialistic dialectical conception as the main methodological approach, and among the research methods, the historical-logical analysis, the scientific models, the structural-functional, the analysis-synthesis, analysis of documental sources, the scientific interview, the approach of the experts and the statistical methods that complete the analysis of the results that will be exposed. Among the most important results of the research they stand out: the definition of concepts of Administration of the information and Administration of the environmental knowledge, the kindness of the methodology as to offers the main ways for the design and implementation of environmental indicators that offer convenient information on the environmental situation in the organization and the ways to prepare a well-motivated and competent human capital in the environmental dimension, able to use the information offered by the environmental indicators in order to take decisions that lead to perfect the environmental Administration in EMCOMED Holguín. The partial application of the Methodology shows the nexuses between theory and practice evidencing an economic, social and environmental impact that constitutes the main theoretical contribution and scientific novelty of the thesis in turn.
