Herramienta Informática para Gestionar los Proyectos Desarrollados en el Instituto de Planificación Física

Abstract

En Instituto de Planificación Física de la provincia Holguín, encargado de velar por la política establecida por el Estado en materia de ordenamiento territorial y el urbanismo, a través de las direcciones provinciales y municipales de Planificación Física. Dentro de los procesos que incorpora dicha entidad se encuentra el de planificación de proyectos que juega un papel fundamental en su funcionamiento interno y tiene como objetivo planificar todas las tareas que van a dar cumplimiento a los servicios solicitados por el cliente. Con el análisis de este proceso se detectó un conjunto de problemas referentes a la gestión y flujo de información, confiabilidad de los datos que se manejan y la no utilización de softwares privativos. La presente investigación propone una solución a estas dificultades a través de la creación de un sistema que gestione, eficientemente, el proceso de planificación de proyecto, brindando un mayor flujo de información en tiempos más cortos, fiabilidad en los datos, integridad y rapidez y que se caracterice por la interconexión e integración con la intranet corporativa de la empresa. En este documento se presenta un resumen del estudio bibliográfico realizado, así como la metodología de Ingeniería de Software que se siguió para el diseño y construcción de la solución que se propone.

In Physical Planning Institute of Holguín province, responsible for ensuring the policy established by the State in matters of land use planning and urbanism, through the provincial and municipal Physical Planning. Among the processes that this entity incorporates is project planning that plays a fundamental role in its internal functioning and aims to plan all the tasks that will fulfill the services requested by the client. With the analysis of this process, a set of problems was detected regarding the management and flow of information, reliability of the data that is handled and the non-use of proprietary software. The present investigation proposes a solution to these difficulties through the creation of a system that efficiently manages the project planning process, providing a greater flow of information in shorter times, reliability in the data, integrity and speed and that is characterized by the interconnection and integration with the corporate intranet of the company. This document presents a summary of the bibliographic study carried out, as well as the methodology of Software Engineering that was followed for the design and construction of the proposed solution.
