SISGIAP: Sistema para la Gestión de la Información en el Grupo de Investigación y Administración Pública de la Universidad de Holguín

Abstract

En la actualidad, el aumento de la necesidad de vincular la informática a los procesos de la vida laboral es exponencial y con el desarrollo de esta ciencia, surgen muchas alternativas para lograr lo expuesto anteriormente. La presente investigación se desarrolla en el Grupo de Investigación de Administración Pública adscripto al Centro de Estudios de Gestión Organizacional el cual se dedica a la investigación y consultoría para el perfeccionamiento de la administración pública cubana. Una de las acciones más comunes que se realizan en este grupo son la creación de cursos de capacitación e investigaciones. Después de un análisis realizado a estas acciones, se encontraron algunas deficiencias en el proceso de gestión de la información. Para dar solución a estos problemas, se ha planteado la construcción de una aplicación para facilitar la gestión de la información y procesamiento de los datos en esta área de forma rápida y segura por el personal de este grupo de investigación. Con la presente investigación se resolvieron estas deficiencias, a partir del desarrollo de la aplicación informática que permite gestionar toda la información acerca del trabajo realizado en el GIAP, la cual proporciona seguridad, integridad de los datos y la actualización de los mismos. Se empleó la metodología de desarrollo de software XP, para organizar y agilizar el desarrollo de esta aplicación, se utilizó como gestor de bases de datos PostgreSQL para garantizar la seguridad de la información, escogiéndose como lenguaje de programación PHP y APACHE como servidor web.

Actually, the increase of the need to entail the information technology on the processes of the labor life is exponential and with the development of this science, many alternatives to achieve what's been shown previously happen. The present investigation develops in Investigation's Group of Public Administration ascribed to Study's Center of Organizational Management which dedicates herself to investigation and consultantship for the perfecting of the public administration of Cuba. Join of the commonest actions than come true they are the creation of courses of capacitation and investigations in this group. After an analysis once these actions were accomplished, they found some deficiencies in the process of step of the information. In order to give solution to these problems, the construction of an application to make easy the management of the information and data processing in this area of fast and safe form for the staff of this group of investigation. These deficiencies got worked out with this investigation, as from the development of the information-technology application that it enables to try to obtain all of the information about the work accomplished in the GIAP, which provides certainty, data integrity and the bringing up to date of the same. XP, methodology of development of software used to organize and to speed up the development of this application, PostgreSQL like manager ofDatabases to guarantee the security of the information, Selecting PHP as programming language and APACHE like WEB server.
