Diagnóstico al Sistema de Gestión de la Seguridad y Salud en el trabajo en la UEB Apícola Holguín para la implementación de la NC ISO 45001: 2018

Abstract

Se dice que toda organización, para alcanzar sus objetivos de la manera más eficaz, se concentra con mayor énfasis en aquellos recursos que le son más problemáticos, difíciles y escasos en detrimento de la preocupación y atención dada a los recursos más fáciles y abundantes. Que los trabajadores se sientan seguros y confiados en su ambiente laboral es una máxima de extraordinaria importancia para las organizaciones, es por ello que todo el esfuerzo que se haga para lograr esa seguridad resulta poco. El presente trabajo tiene como objetivo general la realización de un diagnóstico al Sistema de Gestión de la Seguridad y Salud (SGSST) en el trabajo en la UEB Apícola Holguín para definir la situación actual del mismo y comparar la correspondencia con los requisitos de las NC ISO 45001: 2018. Luego de aplicado el diagnóstico, se detectaron los aspectos en los cuales hay que profundizar para lograr eficiencia en el sistema. Se detectó que los métodos de divulgación de la política de Seguridad y Salud en el Trabajo (SST) no son efectivos, no existe un procedimiento para medir el desempeño de la Seguridad y Salud en el Trabajo, así como la falta de correspondencia entre el Sistema de Gestión de la Seguridad y Salud en el Trabajo con las exigencias de la norma.Los principales resultados de la investigación fueron: La identificación de las no conformidades existentes entre el SGSST actual y la NC ISO 45001: 2018 y la propuesta de acciones de mejoramiento para emprender la implementación de la mencionada norma.

That the workers feel like insurances and trusted its labor atmosphere is a maximum of extraordinary importance for the organizations, is for that reason that all effort that is made to obtain that security was little. The present work has as general mission the accomplishment of I diagnose to the security system and health in the UEB Apícola Holguín to define the present situation of the same one and to compare the correspondence with the requirements of the NC ISO 45001:2018. After applied the diagnosis, the aspects were detected in which there are to deepen to obtain efficiency in the system. It was detected that the methods of spreading of the policy of Security and Health in the Work are not effective, does not exist a procedure to measure the performance of the Security and Health in the Work, as well as the lack of correspondence between the System of Management of Security and Health in the Work with the exigencies of the norm. The principal results of investigation matched: Them identification not existent conformities between the GSST and the NC ISO 45001: 2018 and the proposed of actions of improvement to undertake the implementation of the mentioned standard.
