Abstract

La siguiente investigación fue realizada en el combinado deportivo de “Fernando de Dios” con la categoría 15-16 años de béisbol del municipio de Báguanos, en el período preparatorio debido a las dificultades que presentó esta categoría sobre los elementos técnicos en accionar del robo de bases, para la misma se tomó una muestra de 10 atletas que representó el 62,5 por ciento de una población de 18. En la investigación se abordó una problemática de actualidad que depende en gran medida de la habilidad de velocidad de reacción y traslación del atleta en función al robo de bases, por lo que esta representa una de las funciones ofensiva de gran posibilidad para ganar un juego, pues al embasarse un hombre, el director y los entrenadores aprovechan hasta el más mínimo detalle para hacer avanzar al corredor y que el mismo anote, y uno de esos mecanismos lo es sin dudas el robo de bases, riesgoso pero útil e indispensable. Para este trabajo se aplicaron (13) ejercicios técnicos con vista a favorecer y hacer más efectivo la acción del robo de bases, contribuyendo al fortalecimiento y mejoramiento de esta acción; para la elaboración de nuestra investigación se constató con los métodos teóricos y empíricos, así como algunas técnicas auxiliares, posibilitándonos lograr una mayor veracidad en cuanto a los resultados, apoyándonos en las hojas de anotaciones y datos preliminares, siendo procesada matemáticamente mediante el cálculo porcentual
