Pruebas técnicas para la selección de talentos en tenis de mesa

Abstract

El Tenis de Mesa es incluido dentro de las esferas de actividades deportivas del INDER a partir del triunfo de la Revolución. La primera medida fue iniciar la práctica de la disciplina a nivel nacional, su fuente principal de rendimiento está en niños y jóvenes donde la formación de un deportista de alto nivel competitivo se vincula estrechamente a la labor de selección. En la actualidad las exigencias competitivas son cada vez mayores y obligan a una selección más temprana. Esta investigación pretende brindar una posible solución a una problemática existente en la selección de talentos en el 3er año de enseñanza del deporte Tenis de Mesa en la provincia de Holguín. Se aplicaron métodos teóricos, empíricos y estadísticos que permitieron sistematizar las aportaciones teóricas y empíricas de los estudios consultados. Así como determinar las insuficiencias detectadas en el diagnóstico inicial. Se crearon escalas evaluativas e indicadores para las pruebas técnicas al aplicar este proceso. Hay que significar que este estudio se aplica por primera vez en nuestra provincia y que tiene elementos precisos para seleccionar los jugadores que deben tener un buen nivel técnico para su iniciación al alto rendimiento

The Tennis Table is included inside the spheres of the INDER`S sport activities after the triumph of the revolution. The first measure was to begin the practice of the discipline in the whole country, its main source of yield is in children and young where the formation of a sportsman of high competitive level is closely linked to the selection work. At present the competitive demands are every time bigger and they force to an earlier selection. This investigation pretends to offer a possible solution to an existent problematic in the selection of talents in the 3rd year of teaching of Tennis Table´s sport in Holguín´s province. The theoretical, empiric and statistical methods were applied allowed to systematize the theoretical and empiric contributions of the consulted studies, as well as to determine the inadequacies detected in the initial diagnosis. There were created evaluatives scales for the technical tests to apply this process. It is necessary to mean that this study is applied for the first time in our province and has precise elements to select the players that should have a good technical level for its initiation into the high yield
