Análisis Económico Financiero en la Empresa de Servicios “Comandante René Ramos Latour” Nicarotec

Abstract

La gestión óptima sólo se logra utilizando todas las herramientas y el material disponible, aunque por imperceptibles que ellos parezcan, tienen gran relevancia en los resultados y las proyecciones futuras. Un correcto manejo empresarial es sinónimo de eficiencia, eficacia y economía. La presente investigación tiene como objetivo analizar la situación económicafinanciera de la Empresa de Servicios “Comandante René Ramos Latour” Nicarotec a partir de determinar las insuficiencias en el análisis de la situación económica financiera. Primeramente, se muestra el surgimiento y evolución histórica de las finanzas y los estados financieros, para desarrollar el marco teórico conceptual del Análisis Económico Financiero. En un segundo momento se expone la situación actual de la empresa. Para ello se utilizan algunos de los métodos analíticos más usados en el mundo de las Ciencia Contables, entre los que encontramos: los métodos comparativos, las razones financieras, el cálculo de los orígenes y aplicaciones de fondos y el punto de equilibrio. Se presentan los resultados de su aplicación durante el periodo 2016 al 2018 y las proyecciones futuras, dando paso a un plan de medidas encaminadas a la solución de las problemáticas existentes. De acuerdo con los resultados obtenidos, podemos decir que es una entidad con condiciones favorables para su crecimiento.

Firstly, the surging and historic evolution of finance and the financial statements are shown, developing the theoretic conceptual mark of the Financial Economic Analysis. Immediately moment exposes the Utilities Company's present-day situation himself. More used use of some of the analytical methods in the world of the Countable Science is done, between the ones that we found for it: The comparative methods, the financial ratios, the calculation of the origins and funds applications and the break-even point. 2016 encounter the results of their application during the period to the 2018 and the future projections, giving way to a led plan of measures to the solution of the existent problems. According to the obtained results, we can say it is an entity with favorable conditions for its growth.
