Aplicación de un procedimiento para la planeación estratégica en la dirección provincial del Banco Popular de Ahorro 2019-2020

Abstract

El sector económico está sujeto a cambios sustanciales por lo que es imprescindible contar con métodos que faciliten la previsión de estos cambios y una orientación en lo que a comportamiento administrativo se refiere para hacer frente a estos para conducirse a resultados superiores. La investigación se efectuó en la dirección provincial de BPA de Holguín, con la intención de definir la planeación estratégica para su trabajo administrativo en el periodo 2019 – 2022. Para desarrollar la planeación estratégica en el BPA se utilizaron diferentes métodos teóricos como el histórico-lógico, analítico- sintético e inductivo-deductivo y de los empíricos, revisión documental, entrevista no estructurada, observación y encuestas, mediante los cuales se fundamentó teóricamente el proceso de planeación estratégica; permitiendo afirmar su carácter estratégico y sistémico. Las principales conclusiones se sostienen en el perfeccionamiento del proceso administrativo, posibilitando un análisis de la visión, la misión y la interacción entre las áreas de resultados claves y sus procesos. Se definen las principales estrategias para la organización enfocadas a cumplirse en un período de tres años y la evaluación de los principales riesgos que enfrenta la misma para lograr el cumplimiento de sus objetivos. Constituye un documento integrador de acciones concretas que apoyará a la los directivos del BPA Holguín en el proceso de toma de decisiones para optimizar su gestión y alcanzar resultados económicos favorables.

The economic activity is subject to substantial changes for what is indispensable to have methods that facilitate the forecast of these changes and an orientation in what refers to make as for administrative behavior in front of these behaving to superior results. The present investigation took effect in provincial direction of BPA of Holguín, with the intention of defining the strategic planning for his administrative work in the period 2019 – 2022. To develop the strategic planning in the BPA, different theoretical methods were used as the historical-logical, analytic - synthetic, inductive-deductive, hypothetical-deductive and the empiric ones, documental revision, interviews, observation and surveys, by means of which the process of strategic planning was theoretically based; allowing to affirm their strategic and systemic character. The main conclusions are sustained in the improvement of the administrative process, facilitating an analysis of the vision, the mission and the interaction between the areas of key results and their processes. Also, of defining the main strategies for the organization focused to be completed in a three years period and the evaluation of the main risks that faces the agency to achieve the execution of their objectives. In a general way, it constitutes an integrative document of concrete actions that will support the directive of the agency in the process of taking decisions to optimize their administration and to reach favorable economic results.
