Aplicación de un procedimiento para medir el capital intelectual y su eficiencia en la Facultad de Ciencias Empresariales y Administración de la Universidad de Holguín

Abstract

Los cambios en el entorno y la globalización económica obligan a las organizaciones, a tener una correcta gestión del capital intelectual para potenciar los resultados de sus actividades. Esto cobra especial relevancia con el auge de la sociedad del conocimiento, por lo que se difunde en el ámbito tanto empresarial como académico la medición y gestión de lo que se ha denominado capital intelectual. Sin embargo la inexistencia en la Facultad de Ciencias Empresariales y Administración de la Universidad de Holguín de un procedimiento que permita medir el capital intelectual y su eficiencia limita una correcta gestión del mismo, lo que constituye el problema profesional a resolver. Esta investigación tiene como objetivo general: aplicar un procedimiento que permita medir el capital intelectual y su eficiencia en la Facultad de Ciencias Empresariales y Administración de la Universidad de Holguín. Realizó aportes que contribuyeron al perfeccionamiento de la gestión del capital intelectual encaminado al logro de mejorar su eficiencia. Se utilizaron herramientas como el paquete de Microsoft Office, se aplicaron técnicas como la revisión de documentos, encuestas, entrevistas y el uso del Software FV Processor versión 1.0. La investigación está estructurada por 2 capítulos, conclusiones, recomendaciones, bibliografía y un conjunto de anexos como apoyo de los resultados obtenidos.

The tools like Microsoft's parcel utilized Office themselves, they applied over themselves technical like the revision of documents, opinion polls, interviews and the use of the Software FV Processor version 1,0. The investigation is structured for 2 chapters, findings, recommendations, bibliography and a set of attachments like support of the obtained results.
