Plan de desarrollo turístico para el municipio de Sagua de Tánamo

Abstract

La construcción del polo turístico Ramón de Antilla y su futura demanda generan para las localidades cercanas a éste múltiples oportunidades de desarrollo turístico. En este contexto la planificación turística se desempeña como la herramienta idónea para garantizar su aprovechamiento a este nivel mediante la actuación proactiva y estratégica. Es por ello que la presente investigación contempla como objetivo general diseñar un plan de desarrollo turístico para el municipio Sagua de Tánamo. Para su elaboración se escogió, luego del análisis de 27 modelos de planificación turística, la metodología de (Peña Leyva, (2016). ), por adecuarse en mayor grado a las necesidades y especificidades del estudio. Su aplicación en dicha localidad permitió conocer las principales potencialidades y problemáticas que la misma presenta para el desarrollo de la actividad turística y basado en ello se confeccionó un total de 25 programas, portadores de las acciones que darán cumplimiento a cada una de las estrategias y los objetivos planteados.
